John Nogueira – State Farm Insurance Agent

Sherry, John’s office manager, is always SUPER-​responsive and has helped out with all kinds of communications between myself and mortgage and title companies. State Farm is a little more expensive than the discount guys, but in this case you get what you pay for in a good way.

I randomly walked in to this office in 2010 when I moved to Portland to get renter’s insurance and have been with them ever since. They have helped me with new cars, insurance for an engagement ring, venue insurance for my wedding, home insurance, rental insurance; you get the gist. I work with Sherry, one of the ladies in the office and she is GREAT! She ultimately is the reason I stay with them. When I filed a glass claim online after my car was broken in to, she called me to make sure everything was alright and if there was anything she could do. Excellent. Of note, this office is licensed to issue in Oregon, Washington, and California.
Overall, I haven’t price compared, but the service is second to none and I get all the help and support I need, when I need it.

AMAZING! Like a good neighbor state farm really is there! The office manager Sherry is VERY helpful. I have been very impressed. I have worked at an auto body dealership who recommended State Farm because they are the easiest to work with, and who knows best than the ladies who deal with all of the insurance companies!
