Decent selection. Most salespeople are great, however the older woman with red-​ish hair is bit abrupt (read: rude). I’ve been in on numerous occasions and her lack of warmth can be off-​putting.

Always get outstanding customer service no matter the J. Crew location. The clothes are of excellent quality and design. The workers go above and beyond to find the perfect pieces in your price range. Helpful at getting me the best deal. They’ll always give solicited advice on how the clothes look on you or tips on how to style them.

Let’s be honest here, I love JCrew, well made clothing in classic styles and colors with enough fun details and edge to make their clothing more desirable than similar brands. However, I do not love the pricing, it is a solid 1.5 times more expensive the similar brands, and let’s be honest, most items end up marked down eventually. I am a regular at the sale rack here and sometimes buy full price in a pinch. This store has men’s, kids and women’s clothing.

I’m sorry if I like to dress this way. I can’t help but I’ve tried to dress tidy and simple.
I apologize for the staff for bearing with my 60 seconds of neediness. Well, they have been great so far. We have exchanged laughs and honesty about the fit and color.
Needless to say, I have not deviated from blacks, blues, greens and grays for my main stays. I have occasional reds, yellows and oranges but it’s mostly accessories. Watch straps, scarves, belts and ties.
Does it make the world go ’round and spin faster? No. They are just clothes but I always have a good time zipping through this store.

My husband and I have been here several times and have always received good service. The staff walking around always checks to make sure we’re finding everything ok, but are never pushy about helping us out. Although there doesn’t seem to be an employee stationed in the dressing rooms to open stalls for people, we’ve never had a hard time tracking someone down to do so.
Also, when we’ve waited in line to pay and there’s just one checker helping someone else, we’ve almost always had another employee come up to ring us up right away. And when I inquired about the price of a sale item, they were quick to inform me that all sales were final on it, both when I asked for the price check and when I purchased the item. I appreciated that they were upfront about making sure I was aware of this fact.
