The only reason I gave this store one star is that I had too. I am trying to think of good things lets see. Maybe I was just blinded by the very rude salesales person who was on the phone… big no no for customer service. I actually went into this store because I wanted to inquire on an item in the window. We looked around and upon leaving interupted her personal phone conversation and I actually got a snarled lip!!! wow. So, the star is for the interesting item in the window.

I love Hovel. Not only do they sell home accessories but they also make custom cushions, pillows, curtains, and I think upholstery. I purchased a set of bamboo sheets here. They were expensive but one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. They are unbelievably soft. I just got back from vacation and missed these sheets almost as much as I missed my cats. My husband bought an incredible necklace for me here that is cast from a hummingbird’s skull. A great place to find unique treasures.

Wow. I’m an idiot. I typed this in my review for flutter: «Why is Mississippi attracting „home stores“ that sell a random selection of stuff??? The space is massive with high ceilings so that’s cool, but I don’t really want an overpriced candle. And please don’t call it „vintage“ just cause it looks old. Thanks.» When I meant for it to be my review of Hovel. Either way, harsh. I know. But honest.
