I came here to get my ecu in my BMW reprogrammed because I got my headlights replaced after my accident. My friend David Le and his family own this shop so I always like to give support to friends. My ecu couldn’t be fixed because of parts issue so I wasn’t charged for service so I was happy. Every service needs I always come here for help! Good shop, good peoples, 2 thumbs up!

We found Hi Tech three years ago by accident, and I’m SO grateful we did. They are very genuine, fair, and honest (I always double check their assessment with my dad and brother to make sure it all sounds right). They’ve really taken care of us, and even when I called them super panicked after my car broke down in the middle of the Marquam bridge they gave me the phone number of a really great tow truck and were able to fit me in at the last minute.
It’s a family run shop, and everyone is extremely nice and bend over backwards to make sure you’re happy. HIGHLY recommend.

We have several vehicles and always seem to have something going on mechanically that needs attention. Hi-​Tech Auto Services never disappoints. They are always friendly, fair, and fast with their repairs. I’ve taken my vehicles to them on many occasions and they’ve been able to take care of us every time. They are very honest and I never have to worry that I’m being cheated which is more than I can say for just about every other garage I’ve been to. You can take your vehicle to them with confidence that it will be repaired correctly, without being charged for a bunch of stuff you didn’t need. This is a family run small business that does things the right way. I highly recommend them for any and all vehicle repair. I first went to Hi — Tech Auto Services to have my brakes and rotors replaces. They gave me a fair price. A few weeks after I had my brakes done I noticed that my Audi engine symbol was missing. They said it wasn’t them and that it could have fallen off, but I hadn’t taken it anywhere and gave them the benefit of a doubt. A few months ago my chain skipped causing the pistons to go into the valves. They said I needed a new engine. I requested getting a used one from a totaled car. They supposedly purchased a used one (still not sure if its a different engine or not). I asked if the new engine came with a Audi engine symbol and they again told me no (what a coincidence, yeah right). I also, asked them to fix the ABS module while the car was there, because I only have one car and don’t have a lot of time to be without my car. They said they couldn’t find an ABS module and wouldn’t be able to fix it. Researching I’ve found several places that take in and repair ABS modules and places that sell them. When first receiving the car back after paying $ 7,000 and waiting a month for the engine replacement I noticed issues. I immediately noticed that the A/​C wasn’t working they fixed that (something wasn’t reconnected). After a few weeks I tried to use the horn and notice its pitch was extremely low like a bike horn. After about a month my cars low oil light came on (very weird since the engine just got replaced and it should have been full of oil). I went to put oil in it and the hood wouldn’t stay up. This time I texted David and told him about the horn, hood and low oil. He told me quote «Sounds like the hood struts are weak. Sounds like a bad horn.» Never asking to fix the issues and said nothing about the low oil. I am very disappointed in their quality of service, moral boundaries and integrity. After spending over $ 8,000 at this place I feel sick, used and taken advantage of. Please take this into consideration before using them as your tech.

I’ve been taking my family car and truck to Hi Tech now for a few years… they are by far the most honest, fair, and friendly auto repair in town. They have always done a good job and go above and beyond to get the job done right. My husband and I are lifelong customers:)
