With a father who was a U.S. diplomat and a mother who was a teacher, it is easy to understand why Nez Hallett connects with the global community. With his unrelenting motivation and determination, he’s become the owner of several accomplished local companies, and he recognizes just how special the dynamic team at Hallett Realty is.

Nez received his B.A. in Economics from Portland State University in 1985. Just two years later, he opened his first wireless phone store in Portland, Oregon. Now with over 25 retail locations, Smart Wireless is the leading distribution source for AT&T in the Pacific Northwest.

Earlier in his career, Nez was the President of the Oregon Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, whose mission is to create a worldwide network of young chief executives. During his time with this incredible organization, he gained a true understanding of the value of a peer network and the importance of a trusted mentor.
