Gnome Homes LLC was founded because of a new homeowner opportunity: Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU).

With its population on the rise, Portland homeowners can take part in the effort to build new housing and create a new revenue stream while they’re at it.

We believe that the smart housing solution is not more featureless apartment buildings, but a grassroots boom in space efficient homes called accessory dwelling units or ADUs.
