Specifically, our chefs take pride in our Beef Phở and Crispy Pork Belly. The Beef Phở is simmered for 24 hours in a combination of spices to fully bring out the flavor of the beef bones. The Crispy Pork Belly is our specialty meat which offers a crispy skin while also giving a perfectly tender pork underneath which creates a great balance. Guaranteed that no one else in Portland does this dish like we do. We also specialize in our spring rolls which reflect the old tradition in the way it is prepared, while also taking it up a notch by adding our specialty grilled meats to create a better, more satisfying dish.

Established in 2015.
The business was founded with love and passion of the two lead chefs Andy Nguyen and Andy Mai. Both traveled through Vietnam building up their knowledge in traditional and authentic Vietnamese recipes.

Andy, a former IT engineer, decided to follow his passion and turn his dream of cooking from a hobby into a reality. Partnered with his best friend and head chef Andy Mai, the two work tirelessly to make people happy through their food.
