Haley is the BEST in the business. Before I had moved to Portland I was getting my lashes done on a regular basis and was really sad I was going to leave my girl behind. thinking I would never find anyone as good. but boy was I wrong! I am so glad I found Haley. I did my research and gave Haley a call. on the phone Haley was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. I booked my appointment with her right away. My lash appointment went GREAT. I can tell she really loves what she does and cares about her clients, she gave me exactly what I was looking for natural and full lashes. I am now a regular and love seeing her!

If you’re looking for an amazing spray tan before a vacation, look no further! Shannon is incredibly detailed and will choose the perfect color for your skin tone. I loved how natural it looked, and it lasted quite awhile when I followed her after care instructions. On top of spray tans, she is also a SUGARING MASTER. I have been going to Shannon for all my sugaring services for two years now and will never go anywhere else! She is personable, professional and the kindest person you will ever encounter.

Haley is a real professional at eyelash extensions, refill’s and waxing. I found Haley at Fraiche’s sister business, Echo. I had Haley do one of my brazilians and afterwards we got to chatting about eyelash extensions, I was so thrilled to find out that she herself applies them as she is a doll and was extremely professional with my waxing.
my first complete set of extensions with Haley left me super happy and armed with tips for upkeep. the first set she applied matched the look i wanted; natural length and thickness. after a few weeks I went back for fills and was amazed every time with how well she applied them. I have had very little natural lash fall out with Haley, if anything falls out it’s certainly just the extension and not my natural lash. Haley is amazing at application and fun to chat with. although I am giving my eyelashes a break for the time being, I will only be going back to Haley, she rocks and does a great Brazilian wax job

Shannon is awesome.
Getting Brazilians are never fun, but Shannon makes sure you’re comfortable at all times, holds a conversation well, and offers breaks when needed – sometimes without having to ask. Her studio is quaint, quiet and welcoming.
I’ve only been sugared here, but I’m sure she is masterfully skilled at all the services she offers.
Her studio is located in NW, but I live in SE and will be back. That says a lot!

I’m new to the Lash Extension world but after Haley did mine I am ADDICTED! She does such a phenomenal job. They look so natural and make me feel amazing! She takes her time, and the results are so beautiful! I get so many compliments on my lashes since she started doing them, and I always look forward to getting them filled. I leave feeling so glamorous! I love Haley and would highly recommend her!

When asking friends about spray tans, Fraiche came with rave reviews — and now that I’ve been there, I see why. I’ve gotten spray tans here twice, and both times were great. Let me start by saying that Shannon is awesome, it’s hard to feel uncomfortable with her, even when you’re baring it all! The color of the spray tan was super natural, even when I went with the darker shade. Plus, it was affordable and lasted through both of my long weekends. She knows what she’s doing, and your chances of leaving as an oompa loompa are slim to none. I haven’t tried the sugaring yet, but the spray tans are a solid five stars.

Shannon is my sugaring miracle worker; I literally leave with a smile of satisfaction every time. She’s fast, detailed, and such a warm and easy person to talk to. I usually make my appointments via her website which adds to the convenience.

First of all Shannon is AMAZING! She is so professional, but at the same time going to see her for services is like hanging out with a close girlfriend! Her studio is easy to find and very clean and welcoming, parking is always available and she is ALWAYS on time with her appointments.
I initially began seeing Shannon at Fraiche for Brazilians as I have terrible reactions to shaving and hot wax. I was blown away by how much less painful sugaring was and by how well my super sensitive skin reacted. I now return every 3 – 4 weeks for a Brazilian and I will continue to do so until I can afford laser hair removal ;).
After falling in love with sugaring I then decided to let her take over my brows as well and I am SO happy! I have never been able to wax them and threading was an annoying, painful option that was inconvenient. Shannon takes her time with brows and they are her favorite thing to sugar and she is so talented. My eyebrows are always receiving compliments now!
On top of the sugaring she is also a fantastic facialist and she does eyelash tinting! I had her tint my eyelashes before summer so I would not have to apply mascara or worry about makeup running down my face with water activities. I was so pleased and it looked like I had on mascara for 8 weeks after the application. Her facials are also relaxing and affordable and she gives you the celebrity treatment. Shannon is very knowledgeable about skincare and beauty secrets that she will gladly share with you too. Every time I go in I learn another secret I had never known!
All in all I will never go anywhere else for hair removal or skin treatments and I have nothing but amazing and rave reviews for Shannon and Fraiche Skincare. I have recommended her to 3 friends who are all regular customers now and I only hope to spread the word more. I will be a forever customer.

Let’s just start by saying how much I ADORE Shannon and Fraiche!!! I began coming here on a friend’s recommendation, and have since referred numerous friends, as well. I had never had any sensitive areas waxed or sugared, so I was nervous! She put me at ease with her gentle demeanor, and took her time to ensure my comfort. I started with my upper lip, and no one makes any comments about my Sicilian mustache anymore! Thanks Shannon! Further, I went in for a Brazilian yesterday, but we went slow and I had to stop at a Bikini Sugaring. As a first time Brazilian waxer I was very nervous about getting this done as I’m not a huge fan of pain, well, not only was it relatively painless (yes some parts hurt a tad more but overall really not bad) but Shannon made my experience wonderful; she helped keep my mind off what was going on with great conversation & she also made me feel completely and totally comfortable. Being a larger gal with psoriasis on my private bits I was a little concerned I’d feel insecure with having a total stranger down there but within 5 minutes Shannon makes u feel like she’s known you forever. Cute clean space, awesome service, I would and will definitely recommend this to others!

Wonderful experience getting sugared by Shannon! It was a fantastic experience, cozy and professional space. It felt like your own spa. Sugaring is way less painful than waxing and felt more gentle going on. Highly recommend this place and experience!

This is a review of the brazilian sugaring only. I bought the groupon for less than $ 30, and it was great deal! Shannon is very professional and friendly, the space is clean and tastefully decorated, the music was soothing, and the sugaring was sooo much better than any wax I’ve ever had! It’s better for your skin than wax, so they say, and Shannon’s very fast, so it’s even that easier to bear. I definitely recommend the service, and it’s worth full price. FYI, it’s upstairs from a Thai restaurant. Do not be put off by that.

Lets start with the obvious: Friache is AMAZING!!! There is so much thought and detail put into everything that the owner (Ms.Shannon) does. Her space is adorable and so welcoming for anyone looking to pamper themselves.
I have gotten a Spray Tan by Shannon several times and each time it turns out awesome! I have very fair skin and was nervous about getting a spray tan, not wanting to look like an umpa loompa and all. However, Shannon matches the perfect bronzed tone for whatever your occasion and skin tone may be. I also have sensitive skin but have never had a problem with it as she uses organic and natural product. Infact, my skin feels better after the spray tan because of the moisturizing qualities in the product she uses. She is very detail oriented and never misses a spot. Shannon also makes sure to pay very careful attention to the difficult spots to spray tan (such as toes, fingers, knees, knuckles etc) She has really excellent taste and always makes sure that the tone is right for your unique self. She also makes sure to fulfill whatever ridiculous request you may have. For me, I always wants extra on my legs for to make those summer dresses and bathing suits really pop.
Shannon makes the process fun too by coming up with fun names for the different silly poses that you need to get into in order to complete the prefect spray tan. I was a bit nervous about getting naked in front of a stranger but she offers you options for whatever you feel most comfortable with. You can wear a swim suit, be naked, wear your own undies or wear disposable undies that she provides. Personally I chose the disposable undies and a couple minutes in forgot that I was naked in front of a stranger because she makes you feel so comfortable.
After the spray is done she powders you and takes care of you until you are totally dry and ready to get dressed. She helps you to double check every nook and cranny making sure that the spray tan is even and natural looking. If there is something you are not satisfied with, she is happy to do touch up’s until you are totally happy with the end result.
Shannon also carries a lot of great products that I ended up getting. One of them is a moisturizer and gradual tanner that made my tan last much longer than I originally anticipated.
This review is a novel but I want everyone to understand how awesome Fraiche is!!! Everyone should go there! It is classy and comfortable. Elegant and sophisticated but not at all stuck up. Shannon provides many amazing treatments and very reasonable prices. Most of all she really cares about the end result which is the most important thing. I can’t wait to go there and get Sugared by her because I have heard from friends that she does an AMAZING job with that as well.
Bottom line: Hands down, the best Skincare Boutique in Portland, if not all of Oregon. THE BEST!!! It is a MUST to go!

I give Shannon 5 stars, but it was so painful I give the overall experience 3 stars. Shannon was very professional and thorough but I was not prepared for the pain. I am hoping that it will be less painful for future sessions, as Shannon promised. ;)

I’ve been a repeat customer at Fraiche for a little over a year and have always been impressed with Shannon and her services; whether getting a facial or something sugared, I always have 100% confidence that my experience will be professional and comfortable. Today was the first time I have had her spray tan me and after countless questionable results from booth spray tans over the years (i.e. streaky, wrong color, or scary elbows, knees and ankles) I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Shannon walked me step by step through the various poses and really took the time to make sure that my color was even all over.
I ended up purchasing one of her tan extending lotions and I am very excited to try it out (usually I skip over spending the additional money on products and go to Target if I absolutely NEED something). I trust Shannon’s product knowledge and at this point will try just about anything to hold onto every last bit of color during these grey Oregon winters.

I love it here! Just finished sugaring an hour ago, and it was an amazing experience! My first sugaring in Portland!!! Shannon is great, she did the sugaring for me she also does facials n couple other things that I’ll certainly come back for. I’m writing this, having just come from a couple hours spent at Fraiche– as in, I just got in my car from there. Fraiche is an absolute must for anyone who values quality in all aspects of skincare and hair removal services. Shannon is the absolute best: professional, welcoming, genuine, knowledgeable, and thorough. I knew I was going to keep on coming back since I first discovered Fraiche in August. If you don’t know what sugaring is: it’s a less abrasive and less painful (than waxing) method of hair removal. The stuff is made of only sugar, water, and lemon. It melts with body temp, so no scorching– and you don’t get the chicken skin like waxing. Seriously the best discovery I’ve had since moving to Portland. I preach sugaring– if you haven’t tried it, do yourself the greatest favor, and go to Fraiche. Say hi to Shannon for me while you’re there!

I visit Fraiche for my first sugaring appointment and had a wonderful experience. Shannon is very professionally skilled and knowledgeable. The conversation was easy and pleasant. The sugaring produced better results than both hot wax and cold wax with little to no irritation and easy regrowth. The products she has for sale are fairly priced and of high quality. I will visit again in the future and recommend to all others interested in her services.
