Forever 21

This is the messiest Forever 21 I’ve ever been in. I usually enjoy shopping here but not this time.

I know, I’m supposed to be giving up Forever 21. But the first step is admitting I have a problem right?
While this isn’t my favorite nearby Forever 21, it works. It recently under went a face life, making it a two story location! They’ve added a mens section and a plus size. Shout out to my curvy ladies! Try popping in the plus size area or as I like to think of it, Forever 21’s way of catering to anyone who isn’t pencil shaped. They have some great stuff.
To my hearts delight they’ve started selling a lot more basics, they have their own section now. They’re looking American Apparel straight in the eyes and saying «Come at me bro !». It’s the same time thing as AA, same so-​so quality, at a fraction of the price. Is it made in America — No, but beggars can’t be choosers. Think $ 4 dollar pencil skirts, leggings and tops. Can I get an amen ladies?
It’s your standard Forever 21. If you’d been in the past and been unimpressed the new format might boost your opinion.

10 people working but only 2 cash registers open.
Sounds like a management issue or too many incompetent people working.
The reason I say that is the 8 other workers I saw were either all in the jewelry corner talking while 1 person does the dressing room.
The two people doing the cash register are SLOW, and thus a line of people is formed.
CHEAP quality. Yes it is cheap, I had gotten things here and regretted. After one wash, it looks awful. The only reason I buy here once in awhile is the designs are cute. Everything is MADE IN CHINA, though many stores are, but the quality here is ultra thin.

The clothes are obviously what you pay for, cheap, trendy items only meant to last 1 season and that is fine no complaint there. The service at this store is terrible. No one smiled or was nice to us not at the dressing room or the check out counter. And the one girl we asked for help didn’t know what oxfords were… This store is staffed by a bunch of little middle schoolers who don’t have good work ethic and are not polite. I would suggest hiring real adults who know how to work and who want to help serve customers. I will still shop at Forever 21 but I will choose a different store.

Finally! I found my favorite clothing store, ever!

WHOA!
I’ve been going in and out 4 EVA 21 more than dozen of times and today was the first time I bought a dress from this place. Either I’m losing weight or they are making their Large size is an actual Large size. I used to think they Large size is a fake Large since all of their clothing are itty tiny bitty looking.
I think I rather go with the first option which is I’m losing weight.
Minus one star because their return policy is exchange only. Now I only hope if something really bad happen to this dress, they will have another REAL Large size dress for me.
