Fluidity Movement

I have found gyrotonic to be an excellent way to identify and work through the «stuck» places in my movement, giving me more balanced body alignment, improving my posture and increasing my core awareness and strength. Melissa is a wonderful instructor! She really tunes in to my body’s movements and gives excellent instructions and guidance. I come to her to support my training as a runner and to correct neck and shoulder muscular imbalances. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to bring balance and ease to their movement. Her space is also very conveniently located and large enough to accommodate a duet session comfortably.

I have some pretty challenging chronic muscular skelatal problems for which I’d previously tried Gyrotonics at other clinics without good result (actually was injured trying). I have been working with Melissa now for about two years and am so very grateful that I found her! Melissa is supremely knowledgeable about both the body and about gyrotonics. She is so masterful in her ability to pinpoint the areas which need specific kinds of work and remarkably talented in creating an individaul program to address those needs. She has helped me enormously! Melissa is a truly gifted clinician. I’d never let a friend or family member go anywhere else for gyrotonics work. I don’t know where I’ d be today if I hadn’t found her.

Melissa is awesome at teaching Gyrotonic! My husband and I have been taking a duet lesson every week from her for 4 years. Working with Melissa has made it possible for us to continue being active and injury free. Gyrotonic is the perfect complement to our biking, running, skiing and weekend warrior sessions in the yard. We have steadily increased our range of motion and core strength by working with Melissa while having fun along the way. She really knows her stuff and is able to customize our workouts to fit each of us.
Fluidity studio is clean and well maintained. The waiting area is comfortable and a restroom is available for clothes changing.
Parking is convenient in the parking lot. You can’t beat the location.
