This pace is a joke — beware. Scheduled an appointment today and they didn’t show — when i called, they were rude and asked if they could try tomorrow. We need our locks changed today — or risk break-​in to our property.
Find anyone else — you can’t do worse.

NEVER CALL THIS PEOPLE!!! They’re a rip off! They charged us $ 160 to open our house door which is a simple lock and took almost an hour to arrive. Just plain terrible!!! I wish I would of done the research first.

Five Stars my fanny, seriously. Heed the words of everyone else. Total scam. A guy showed up after 30 minutes and he had his girl friend in the car (huh?). It was $ 150 to open my ’97 SUV door. After he unlocked my car (he was there for a total of five minutes) and set off the alarm he booked it to his car and left. Didn’t say bye or anything. I turned around and he was driving away already. I was in a McDonald’s parking lot and he had booked it to the drive thru…
My phone was in the car and I was using a friend’s phone that was about to die so I couldn’t access my Progressive app to call for Roadside. I’m hoping they’ll reimburse the total cost of this bullshit.

liars. These people quoted me for $ 59 dollars to unlock my car. When they showed up and finished the job. They charged me $ 160 saying because it was late hours and gave me a discounted price.
Never again. They are bunch of liars. Don’t do it poeople

I locked my keys in my car. So i called and they told me it would be a 15 service fee and another 35 fee. It ended up being $ 150 total. The guy was incredibly rude. I even said if i were to sign up for aaa it is only $ 99 and he told me i could try but i have to wait a couple hours and he was the only locksmith available in the area for the rest of the night. All i got was attitude and when he set the alarm off he acted like an idiot and was even ruder. I told him there was kids sleeping and he didn’t care and just took his time while the alarm was blaring. He stated he didn’t know there was a car alarm. Wtf? How do you not know that? There is a flashing red-​light for a reason. I am incredibly broke but found a way to handle the fee. this is my first Unilocal review i just had to say something because of this guys attitude and the fact they totally mislead you on the price it actually coats.

I locked my keys in my car and I was told there was going to be a $ 19.99 service fee plus $ 25 for the car unlock, plus any extra charge that the person might need to do when unlocking the car which I knew couldn’t be much because I’ve locked my keys in this car once before and it was a simple process. The guy said he’d be here in 15 min and took half an hour then tried to charge me a total of $ 119 to unlock my door. When I told him that was ridiculous and he could leave they still charged me the $ 19.99 just for coming out. Then the company called me back and tried to reason with me saying that I must have misunderstood the pricing over the phone. When I told them another company was coming out to do it for $ 60 flat they tried to say that their person could come back and do it for that price. I wish there was a way for me to get my $ 19.99 back from these crooks.

Got my lock fixed by them, it broke again. I’ve called them back and have received NO RESPONSE for over a week now. I’ve called and written them and nada.

I had a squatter in my recently deceased father’s house and after a month of not being able to get in it, she had finally moved out and I needed to take possesion of the house in changing the locks on the two front doors.
I made the appointment and they told me it would be $ 19 to get them there and then pricing started at $ 19 for each re-​key.
Two guys came to the house 20 minutes later than the appointment time. They did the work and then told me they only take cash or credit cards, and that it was going to be $ 293.00!!! For 3 re-​keyed locks!!! They also charged me for labor that was not disclosed at the time of the set up for the appointment.
I told them that no one told me when I made the appointment that there was a requirement for payment a certain way and I am only to be paying this out of the Estate funds… per the law.
They talked to their manager a couple times and tried to tell me this was how I was to pay them.
I was put on the phone with the manager Allen and he told me I should have asked if they had payment requirements. I told him it was not my responsibility to make those things clear. I tried to explain what the probate was and why the account needed to go through the estate but he just kept accusing me that the check would bounce.
He got back on the phone with one of the guys and I could hear him yelling. They did take the check but first tried to get me to pay for it myself and then reimburse myself per the estate. I told them that is not how it works.
I would steer everyone away from this company… the words swindled, taken and screwed come to mind when talking about these guys.

OK it says I must give them a star, but if I could I would actually give them minus stars!!!

They were late and I was overcharged.
I locked my keys in the car. Over the phone I was quoted around $ 40 and within 30 minutes.
He showed up over an hour later and said it would be $ 99 plus like a $ 19 service charge, so $ 117. I called the guy back I originally talked to and they said they could do it for a discount at $ 85. Total crap.

Called and arranged the appointment with Megan who was friendly and professional. Day of the appointment I had to call Megan as no one showed up or called to tell me they would be late. This time Megan had excuses such as call ins and higher priorities customers. After saying I would take my business elsewhere nicely, I was called and meet after noon. He was only able to fix half of my problems, couldn’t get his 4 square to work and never e-​mailed me the receipt. The price was excessive for unacceptable service. I had to find someone else for the the other half. The technician was professional and was able to fix the dead bolt quickly. Nice kids, poor service and did not meet the customers needs.
