This has to be, BYFAR, the worst eye care facility! Staff are completely incompetent, and the front desk is often rude and unhelpful. STAYAWAY! I originally went to this location because I had heard great things about Dr. Rominowski. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Eye Health Northwest. First of all, I only actually saw Dr. Rominowski for about 3 minutes total throughout several visits. One of his technicians did my entire exam, including my eye measurements and prescription for my contact lenses. Dr. Rominowski only came in to tell me that I don’t have eye disease. After that I was shuffled down the hall to the optometrist who was supposed to help me with my contact lenses. Let’s just say this lead to the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any kind of doctor’s office. This optometrist didn’t know how to work the chair or use the equipment and tried to blame it on being in someone else’s room.(Um, all of the rooms are identical with the same equipment!) Worst of all, even after a full year and 8 trial lenses, she was NEVER able to order me a contact lens that actually fit my eye!!! And this wasn’t a fluke. On one occasion, while I was fitting yet another trial lens, I met with the other optometrist on staff. This one was even worse than the first. Despite the fact that it is written in my chart that I only wear a contact lens in one eye(my other eye has perfect vision), and my telling her multiple times, she kept insisting that I take my eye exam with both eyes open and that it wouldn’t make a difference. I had to explain to HER that by having my good eye open, there would be no way to tell that I couldn’t actually see out of my bad eye! To this day I have a contact lens that I have to constantly adjust and rotate by rolling my eyes or using my finger, and I have to clean it out and replace it multiple times a day as a result. I would NEVER go back to this facility or recommend it to anyone.
