Enviroclear

I have dealt with this company several times over the past 18 years and they are the ONLY ones I would call for Septic pumping! They are responsive, pleasant, reliable and reasonably priced! I recently had them come out and my husband paid by check (not knowing they took credit cards). I called the next morning and asked if they had not already cashed the check could I instead use my Visa. They said sure, tore up my check and sent me a receipt for the transaction in the mail. I call that going above and beyond, especially when the other «highly recommended» companies I callled either didn’t return my voice meassages or wanted to charge much more.

Do not deal with this company. I was rudely engaged and hung up on by a lady named ‘Annette’ and for no good reason. I was simply asking if their company were the ones to install our existing system (we bought our home 3 years ago) and a neighbor referred us initially so we thought it might be them. Annette said «we have no way of looking that up, the owner had a different name» so I replied «you can’t look it up by address?», she said no, I made a comment about the Database system being limited they use, and she rudely called out my statement as inflammatory (it wasn’t, I am just a frustrated homeowner trying to find out who installed my system, and I work with databases so I just made that comment in that context.) and then hung up on me. A customer that wasn’t even engaging in any complaint… I was TRYING TO SECURE SERVICES!
So basically unhelpful and they were rude and hung up on me. Likely the owner’s wife or some thing like that. I tried to call back to explain my context and apologize, it went to voice mail so I left a message not as nice as if they would have been professional and answered.
We have contracted a company that has a good reputation and still knows what customer service IS to do the work. Every person on our hill of 100+ septic tanks will know NOT to call Enviroclean… if they can’t even deal with a customer on the phone without being rude (when that customer was simply trying to find out the answer to a question, and NEEDED the darn service) someone else will get that money.
Customer service fail, superior attitude from someone that pumps waste for a living, it surpasses my threshold for dealing with a rude business owner/​representative when I don’t have to.
