History

Established in 2011.

In the year 2001, with the right combination of teamwork and ambition, brothers Joey and Mark Hanna combined their business talents and started a successful chain of car washes, ECO Car Wash, Inc. With a strong presence in Portland, Gresham and Jantzen Beach, ECO has now grown to multiple locations and is constantly expanding. Joey and Mark have more than enough experience and know the value of a clean vehicle, as the Hanna name has been synonymous with the car washing industry for over 30 years.

Grateful for their success, Joey and Mark will always support the community. They contribute to countless charitable organizations including Providence Hospital, Shriners Hospital, The Grotto, and Children’s Charity Ball, to name a few. They also support the Rotary Club, and were both honored as a Paul Harris Fellow. Their charity efforts have earned them a reputation of integrity and generosity.

I actually go out of my way to go to this specific car wash. And it has nothing to do with the fact that there’s only self-​serve car washes where I live now, and I’m lazy, and the familiar is the only thing that quells this constant boiling anxiety that lies underneath this tortilla wrap I call a body…
However, three things I discovered after my last visit have left me slightly disappointed. The first is that it does not matter how fancy a package you purchase, nothing is going to get the pitch and silicone lubricant off your back windshield from that last camping trip. The second is that apparently leaving your sunroof open does not constitute a proper a human bath. And the third I’ll state in the form of a question: How the hell do you expect your customers to feel comfortable smoking pot in their cars while your robots spray their foam everywhere if you install security cameras INSIDE your carwash? Booooooooooooo! Go back to England BIG BROTHER!

Got the job done well enough… my car is clean, the vacuum is free with certain levels of car wash, and there was no line. The guy working was friendly and gave me a «steering wheel and dash» wipe.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced by far! Don’t ever use your debit card on any of the machines! The machine didn’t work after sliding my debit card through. I checked my bank account and they had charged my account 35 $. I wasn’t upset till I went to the employee SAMANTHA. Who just provided me with a phone number to call. At this point I was fine. Till I tried calling the number and nobody but a machine answers. I left a few messages, no call back yet. I called the car wash to speak with a manager. SAMANTHA was so rude and said she wasn’t able to provide me with any information and just hung up. They’re just scamming people! Never will I go back!

I came into the car wash with a dirty car and came out with a slightly dirty car and a flat tire! These tires are 5 months old and had no nails or anything in it. I filed a claim with the person working there, Monique, and she was rude and after we had changed the tire, she thought the tire didn’t even look flat. I think I know what a flat tire looks and feels like! Would you like me to put it back on my car and drive it for you? The company took a while to get back about the claim and of course denied it and sent me a coupon instead! Hah! As if I want to risk putting my car in that car wash again. If you go through this wash, beware and take note of any damage to your car before and after! Companies that don’t pride in customer service are not good companies. The lady would barely spray down people’s cars, if you don’t like your job, work somewhere else.

This is my fave car wash. Cheap, fast, drama free. Few humans, except the nice people who sign you in.
The quality is pretty good for an automated car wash and the vacuum machines are in good shape.

I have not experiences the exterior drive through. But the hose vacuum and interior services are lacking. You can’t make change and have to buy tokens that only work for the vacuums. You can’t make quarter change to get the damp towel or air freshener, etc. The attendants suggested I take my money next door to get change. I asked for a refund and was refused. Next the I’m going to. the one on 102nd. You get faster service and the selection of services are versatile. Plus the attendant makes change and always seems to be in a great mood. 82nd isn’t that great.

Quick and easy drive thru car wash. $ 7 for basic wash.
The staff was friendly and I liked that they handed me a moist dashboard wipe to clean the interior while the exterior was being washed.

We’ve gotten our vehicles washed here for years.
It seems like a pretty good car wash… not a lot better or worse than the other automatic car washes around town.
Employees have consistently been pleasant, and there’s usually not much of a wait.

I took my, less than a week old, new truck there last night for a wash. I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. This car wash ripped a rubber trim piece right off my new truck. I was fit to be tied. When I told the person in charge, he informed me that he could not go look for the rubber strip until he ran the line of cars through, of course I argued with him making him call the owner and eventually standing in the way so he could not wash cars and had to retrieve my part. While this was happening there was another couple there complaining that the car wash had ripped off the rear bumper cover, and when the guy came back out with my rubber strip he had someone’s license plate in hand. If you treasure your vehicle do not bring it here.

It’s a Crappy car wash. What do you expect. They have vacuums that work. And a car wash. Staff are ok but its a car wash. Yah so its a car wash and you can wash your car here.
