Eb & Bean serves local, organic dairy, paired with awesome, artisanal toppings, all in a probiotic-​rich package. We offer nonfat, full fat, and dairy free options to delight tiny tots, grown ups, and every playful taste bud in between!

We always have vanilla, chocolate, tart, and almond milk based dairy free, and offer two special flavors that rotate based on the season and the best ingredients available.

All of our dairy is sourced from farms within 100 miles of Portland, is free of rBST/​antibiotics, and contains no artificial sweeteners, flavors, preservatives, corn syrup, gluten, or GMOs. Each 4 oz serving contains up to 60 billion probiotics!

Amazing yogurt deserves awesome flavorings and toppings. We are proud to work with confectioners, bakers, and growers who offer unique and handcrafted ingredients. History

Established in 2014.

Eb & Bean is the creation of Elizabeth Nathan, a Portland mama and food lover who wanted to bring delicious, probiotic-​rich frozen yogurt to her local scene.

Obsessed with the notion that food is the great connector — from market to kitchen to table — Elizabeth followed her curiosity and hunger for new experiences all the way to Paris, where she studied the fine art of pastry. Her love of frozen desserts and their limitless possibilities led Elizabeth to train with Martine Lambert, the doyenne of French ice cream.

Inspired by her culinary adventures, and craving a scrumptious yet healthful alternative to ice cream for herself and her family, Elizabeth set out to create a better frozen yogurt experience. Other shops were plentiful but generic, offering only conventional dairy with artificial ingredients, and Elizabeth knew she could transform cultured dairy into something delightfully inventive.
