Best dam flavors in the business, no wonder the big companies are trying to keep them out of the big cities. Go Bro. Too bad they don’t have the candy bar names any more.

Great location but it’s surprising that their student discount is exclusive to Concordia when they are so close UP and several of their employees attend other colleges in Portland.

I LOVE Dutch Brothers. I don’t really know how to review them other than to say that. The coffee isn’t like anything else you’ve tasted — it just GOOD. Plus they always make sure their staff are super friendly, upbeat and helpful. No one around here looks like they hate their job. I just wish someone would open one in Seattle!

Not my favorite Dutch location. This one takes the gold medal for lame locations lol… Such an awkward drive thru, parking lot is super tiny and also awkward. The coffee normally tastes burnt to me, and the gals at this location seem a little too full of themselves. The one chick with the purple hair is super nice tho. Always friendly, I’ve seen her at a couple locations and she’s always really nice and attentive. The service here is very quick tho, so don’t let the lines trick you . I would choose Dutch bros any day of the week tho over Starbucks that is for sure, or any other coffee places really. I just wish with this location the coffee didn’t taste a little burnt 9⁄10 times that I get coffee from this location. Otherwise the infused rebels are a fantastic go to! Keep up the good work guys !

Super high energy from the guy working on Saturday evening! I have been to Dutch Bros a few time, so I already knew what I wanted, but it was my girlfriend’s first time there and our high-energy friend made an awesome suggestion. Service was also great in that he didn’t charge us until she tried her’s and liked it!

Flew back to San Diego and was missing this locations Dutch Bros(and dolls!) My first time to try with an open mind and they delivered on their Slogan«Guaranteed to Satisfy.» I had the Annihilator which is Chocolate Macadamia Nut. Typically at a coffee shop I’ll have to add some raw sugar, soy or half & half to adjust to my liking. With the Annihilator it was the first time I didn’t have to add anything. Silky smooth well balanced on the sweet and light to medium roast. Perfect cup! The Annihilator, anihilated quite a few other cuppa joe places I’ve been to not only in PDX but other states and countries. They offer Almond, Soy and Coconut Milk. Can’t wait for my next trip to Portland to try more items. They have Dutch Soda, Jr. Mafia cups are cute and Real Fruit Smoothie Blueberry Pomegranate peaked my interest. The gals working the counter were just as awesome as my cup of Joe. Great energy and fun conversation. Thanks ladies for excellent customer service, suggestions and a nice first experience. Definitely will be back when I fly back out.

I take back my original post… I went back today. Still not sure how I feel about the coffee but if I keep coming back they must doing something right! Or I’m just a coffee addict… Either way they do have great customer service and a cute cup for the kiddies for 1.50!

I went here yesterday for the first time, asked the girl in drive-thru what she recommends & told her it was my first time. She gives me some options, I choose, then she tells me to pull forward. When I got up to the window I was getting my card out to pay and the girl at the window says, «this one is on us, for your first time!» What?! I’m hooked! Dutch Bros knows how to treat their customers right! Thank you, ladies, for an amazing first time! ;)

I love the people at this location. They remembered me on my second visit! They know I like my receipts and they darn near have my drink ready when I get to the window, but not quite, just in case I feel crazy and mix it up on them. I thank them for standing in the rain to take orders outside just so drive thru doesn’t back up. Thank you to them all!

This is my favorite dutch brothers location, I really like the people that work here! Everyone is always super friendly and make great coffee drinks. I love that dutch brothers have so many sugar free options and that you can get almond or coconut milk not just soy if you’re looking for a diary free option. It’s really the staff though that set this place a part from other dutch brothers and not that other locations are unfriendly it just seems that the staff at this location goes above and beyond and I appreciate that.

Fast and friendly service. Parking can be difficult sometimes, because they share a lot with 7-Eleven, so it can be busy/full during peak times. The drive through is great, the employees are VERY friendly and the line moves fast :) They have a good variety of drink choices and they will also make up a personalized concoction that’s not even on the menu, if you ask. Dutch Bros has the most reasonable pricing of any«chain» coffee place I’ve been to. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of their coffee because it’s always too sugary sweet. I love coffee, so when I order a drink I want to actually taste the COFFEE without the milk or the flavored syrup be overpowering. I’ve even had them add extra espresso shots, but the drinks were still too sweet. So, my 4-star rating is based on low prices and excellent customer service, even though I’m not a fan of the coffee.

When you first drive up to these cute little coffee stands the strains of the what’s hot music wise wafts out of the drive through windows of Dutch Brothers. You might see two, three, or four of the Dutch Army folks at any given time, high fiving, calling out coffee orders, and always smiling ear to ear while serving coffee! This entire franchise I think is just wonderful. And I sincerely mean that. Is their coffee the same caliber as I’d find in Italy or France probably not but really who cares? The crews are just so happy, down to earth, and when they take your order they take the time, and you are the only one there focusing on not the 15 people behind you. Their customer service just spot on — it’s all about engaging with your customer and they have all of that going on and then some. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been asked«Hey how are you?» «What’s up today?» «How was your trip?» And they really mean it. They remember our names — what we like to drink — how we like it, and it’s all served up with a genuine smile, and I truly think they really do love their customers as well as their jobs. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven away thinking«Damn what’s in the water they drink at Dutch Brothers I want some of what they’ve got! And then I realize I’m drinking coffee from that very same water and I begin to feel«Dutchy Happy!» Oh and they giggle if you order an Italian soda«naked»(not really with no clothes on but without cream) Can’t beat the price. Their other green competitor can’t even begin to compare.

Yes, I love Starbucks more than I should. Before moving to PDX, it was my only option in Ohio. Upon arrival, in my new hometown, I was just thrilled to habe Starbucks everywhere. Then I found Dutch Brothers… Service — The team at this location is hard to beat. They are friendly and super efficient! They are always willing to make helpful recommendations as one learns their offerings. I also seem to pick up great new musical artists that the«kids» are listening to! Big Plus! #HeyKidsDoYouLikeThe RockNRollMusic Quality — Their products taste great. The coffee is bold and you can definitely taste extra espresso. I habe to say that I prefer Dutch Brothers Iced offerings over those of Starbucks. Sugar Free(SF) Syrup Options — This is a big one for me. They have more Sugar Free Options than I have ever seen! SF Chocolate Macadamia! #OffTheHook The only drawback, and this is totally personal, is that I live in St. John’s and depend on the transit system. This means that Dutch Brothers is only an occasional treat instead of a #Usual. Hard to beat with a solid 5 stars!!!

It’s sorta spendy for having to explain: what I am doing today, what my shirt says, why I like soy in my coffee, what the bag in my back seat is for etc… On top of that I’ve literally caught them using their fingers to wipe the whipped cream off the top of the cup. It happens all the time so I’m like omg, just leave it lol. On top of that, the music is SOLOUD. It’s gotten to where I’ve decided to just speak to them and place my order in a normal volume, thereby forcing them to just turn the damn music down. Be realistic, nobody can REALLY like Miley Cyrus that much. The fact is, I’m willing to endure for a cup of that strong coffee. If you’re like me lol then you’ll suck it up and go. Flavor 10/10, experience 1⁄10.

Very nice Dutch Bros. One of very few with an indoor order counter. Nice feature if you want to stretch your legs without standing in the rain. We came over from Vancouver because it was nine stamp day!

Hands down the best coffee you will ever have. I don’t know how they train their staff but I would have to imagine that they have a pretty incredible training program. The staff is ways friendly. The coffee is always perfect, every time. I doesn’t seem to matter which location you go to, they are always consistent and the experience is always outstanding. Kudos for a job done seriously well.

It’s more like a 3.5 stars, but this is based off of one visit. I liked this location because there is an actual shop and not just a drive thru. My drink(iced kicker with an extra shot) was perfect, but my sister’s drink was not. She ordered a strawberry coconut Italian soda with cream & whip. The reason she adores their Italian soda’s is because they always use a brand new can of club soda and not something that has gone flat from being opened(like a 2 liter bottle. ya know?). Anyway, the gal made the drink with a new can, but stirred the shit out of it. The Italian soda was totally flat. Holy cow, girlfriend. Calm down with the stirring. Aside from that, service with nice and friendly like other locations. Just too bad my sister’s drink ended up flat and kind of gross.

I’ve been to many Dutch Bros franchises, but this is the first one I’ve seen that is actually in a building, with a drive through. They’re normally just«coffee-hut» style. The drinks were good and the staff was nice. We got lucky and hit this up on a Tuesday– which happened to be a two dollar Tuesday. Medium drinks $ 2. Good deal VERY impressed that you can order your beverage with COCONUT milk. Good for me as I’m trying to do the PALEO thing. They get extra star for that, right there. That made my day.

I’ve now stopped here three times for coffee, so I thought I should write a short review. It’s great to have a Dutch Bros on the NE side of town, and it’s a convenient stop going or coming from the airport(it’s next to the Subway and 7-Eleven on the corner of Columbia and 42nd). I like that they have specials every other week(Monday Mocha Madness or $ 2.00 Tuesdays for medium drinks) and the drinks I’ve ordered have been good. Service is friendly(typical, really young staff — music blasting in the background) and fast. You can use their drive-thru or go inside(if you can find parking, depending on what time you go, it can be scarce). Overall, a good Dutch Bros.
