Description

Specialties

All of DiPrima Dolci’s products are made on the premises, including artisan bread like Ciabatta, Sicilian, and a New-York-style loaf.

Pastries are rated the best in the Northwest, like Cannoli and Sfogliatelle, and holiday items like Panettone, Pandoro, and Panforte, are annual traditions.

Easter breads include the Braided Egg Bread, Colomba di Pasqua (Easter Dove), and special cakes and cookies.

Always find the traditional pastry made for St. Joseph’s Day on March 19.

History

Established in 2002.

We opened on June 13, 2002, in North Portland, Oregon. Owner Pat DiPrima was born and raised in New York, and brings her NY-Italian culture to the Northwest with an array of artisan and authentic Italian-American bread, cookies, pastries, pizza, and pasta dishes. Making all the holiday specialties for Christmas, Easter, St. Joseph’s Day, and other important celebrations, DiPrima Dolci is a one-of-a-kind experience in the Pacific Northwest.
