Tree will not be overpruned, stumps are never half ground, and trees will not bounce off your house. Dan will never send over an inexperienced person to do a job they are not qualified to do.

Dan is committed to the safety of himself, his men, and your personal property. Tree work is very dangerous. An inexperienced and unqualified person can get killed.
