History
Established in 2015.
Crisp, Portland’s only chopped & tossed to order salad restaurant, opened August 27th 2015. Crisp was started by two salad loving Oregonians who believed Portlanders deserved the opportunity to eat fresh food fast in a fun environment.

Business Owner
As a medical device professional, Emma traveled all over the country for work and discovered chopped to order salad restaurants in cities like NYC, Austin, Boston, Denver and Seattle but no salad chopped salad restaurants in Portland! Always a fan of healthy food and as a sometime vegan she decided she would just have to bring the concept to Portland herself! With the help of a good friend who happened to be a former restaurant executive turned restaurant consultant she and her husband Kirt were able to bring Crisp to life!
