Specialties
Chocolate Tasting & More provides small and personal walking food tours, each with a maximum of 10 guests. Our itinerary allows us to stay 15 – 25 minutes at each tasting stop to provide adequate time to ask questions about the food and the people behind the businesses. We have Neighborhood Chocolate Walks in Downtown Portland, The Pearl/West End, and Lake Oswego. A new Downtown Vancouver Sweet & Savory Walking Food Tour was unveiled in June 2011.
It is our hope after taking one of our walking tours that residents and visitors alike will view each neighborhood in a different light and discover new places to explore and revisit. Public and private programs are offered seasonally mid-March through early December and can be tailored to meet your specific needs. We also provide indoor chocolate tastings at your location and after-school chocolate workshops for students.

Meet the Business Owner
Savina D.
Business Owner
Savina has been involved with environmental and science education for over 30 years. Sweet and savory food have always been an important part of her life growing up in San Francisco. So in the early 1980’s she began offering classes on food and chocolate tasting in the Bay Area.
When moving to the Portland Metro in 1999 with her husband, Savina brought this love of food, people and history with her and began offering indoor chocolate tastings. Several years later, after attending a local food tour, she thought it would be wonderful to have one specifically devoted to all things chocolate. So in 2007 she offered the first Downtown Portland Chocolate Walk and Chocolate Tasting & More was born. When she is not leading walking and tasting tours, she is the Scientist in Residence at Stafford Primary in West Linn.
Join one of our tours and see what makes our programs so unique. Don’t hesitate to contact Savina with any questions or for more info.
