Batter was created by owner Jen Musty out of a passion for baking; a unique creative energy; and a love for bringing people happiness through wonderful food.

Hi! I’m the Batter Bakery PDX manager and head baker. After managing the San Francisco kitchen for three years, I couldn’t be more excited to be a resident of beautiful Oregon and bring Batter treats to hungry Portlanders.
