A Wonderful Post Office and Great Place for Beer and Snacks This is my go to place for both their Post Office that is really convenient with no lines and their selection of beers and snacks. They even brought in a beer when I requested it. Incredible selection of Jerky and if you like energy drinks, they are the place to buy it. I really like the friendly couple that owns this store. I would rather give them business than the big box stores.

We’ve had a PO box here since Jan 2006. The prior owner was sort of rude, but it was inexpensive and convenient– so we kept the PO box open. New owners took over about a year ago and they are even more rude. There is NO customer service there at all. I check the box about every-other month. Received mail in December and February, then on 4÷20− stopped in to get mail and found the box closed. NO warning, NO invoice. The lock was changed and all mail returned to senders. Went home, got all of my former invoices– went back to discuss. The female owner said it is their fault, the papers they put up on the box had fallen off. But they would not help me in any way. DONOT trade here.

Cedar Hills Mart & Mail is most likely still here due to convenience. I live less than a mile away from here so I come here to mail things on the way into town. Free priority shipping materials and priority tape to seal everything up. Came after the mailing section was closed on a Saturday(between 4−5pm) and they were still able to take my package and said it would go out the same day… it just wouldn’t be scanned at that location. That was helpful. That being said, I understand where other reviewers are coming from when considering customer service. Basically there isn’t any. The interior isn’t very clean. The floor was dirty along with the full trash can with a dirt and unknown liquid all over the front. The packages I mailed before Christmas didn’t make it to people in time even though I was told they would be. I’m not sure if this was a holiday shipping issue or happened because I mailed out of this location but I wasn’t pleased with it. Two of them I still haven’t heard back from anyone about so I either have ungrateful friends or they were lost/haven’t arrived yet.

This guy is super rude. I think he actually hates his customers. I’ve been in there maybe six times and he is the same every time. Once, I tied my dog outside and he got loose and tried to follow me in, and the owner started shouting«No! No, dog!!», as if I had threatened his family. Totally unnecessary. Strange man. Maybe get out of the ‘Quickie Mart” business if you can’t smile and say, «Thank you! Come again!»

Egad… stopped in here at 10:30ish tonight to grab an ice cream sandwich and the guy at the register snatched my money from me, tossed my change back and went out of his way to «rearrange» the door on the ice cream cooler as I left. Just RUDE. Won’t spend one more penny here even though it’s less than a block from my house. Seriously, terribly, awfully, horribly rude for no reason at all.

Wandered in here for the first time to buy a book of stamps… they only take cash or check, and apparently smiling is not even optional. Also if your check is from out of state they have to write down every number they can possibly find on your driver’s license. I’ll go ahead and find a different post office, thanks!
