These people can never get a drink order right. I don’t order anything fancy, but I still get anything but what I ordered. And they give you your drink last in the drive through so if you’re trying to get out of others way you won’t know until it’s too late. Food also comes cold and/or spilled out in the bag almost always. When you order through the box outside you can rarely understand over everyone else yelling in the background. But they are always nice and it’s fairly clean inside.

If I could give this place negative stars I would! These have to be the most incompetent food service people around. And this makes sense since I can hear them carrying on like there is a party in there through the drive-thru window. The NEVER get my order right, if you ask for cheese and pay extra for cheese you will not get cheese. I would like to speak with a manager or someone about this, but i honestly fear that these employees function at a level that were i to mention anything they would spit in my food. I hope management sees this and makes some improvements, because this is just very disappointing every time.

Sign clearly reads«Drive Through Open 24 Hours» in large, friendly letters. LIES. Employee was there, working, at 5:30AM. Drive through was closed. No breakfast for me. :(

WORST Customer service EVER! They weren’t listing through the drive through… had to repeat 5 times! No joke! Then when I get there the order is wrong! No apologies just«one more dollar». She was SO rude about it and staring me down as she took my dollar so I said«you are sorry that you didn’t get the order right, right?» …Crickets!!! Maybe she didn’t understand. Didn’t appear that english was her strong language! I’ll pass on this crap-hole!

Its Burger King for crying out loud! The food taste like fast food cause it is. There is a drive thru and a parking lot. You can dine inside or out. The workers do their job just fine aka take my order and give me food. 3 stars cause the exit for the drive thru goes right onto the main road and can be hard to get into traffic sometimes.
