Hotel has new management and did not experience what the previous reviewers mentioned. They renovated a couple months ago according to management. The staff are SO friendly! My room was clean and slept without any issues. One of my best stays for the budget price. Highly recommended!

They should be ashamed to charge anything for this place! If it hadn’t been so late at night, we definitely would’ve stayed somewhere else. The outside can be very deceiving, but once you step inside one of these quaint and charming little cottages, you’ll wish you had pitched a tent somewhere. Needless to say, I did NOT check us in on any social media. Ugh.

It was really late at night and my parents wanted to find a hotel immediately so we ended up here. The Good: — fridge works — close to I-5 The Bad: — when I plugged in the laptop, the lamp across the room shorted and went off — tiny, cramped bathroom — nowhere to place objects in bathroom — no tissues provided — smell in room — outdoor freeway noise — can hear neighbors — cannot control the temperature/water pressure of the showerhead well — overpriced — front desk guy wasn’t really friendly and behaved like he did not trust us(as threatening as two short Asian women look) This hotel was an amusing experience.

My landlord put me up here for three nights while he got the wood floors re-finished in the house I live in. Thanks a lot buddy! The pillows on the bed stunk and the mattress was so bad I had to sleep on the floor. There were cigarette burns on the comforter. My landlord originally only paid for two nights so after the second night the proprietor phones my room and says«You staying?»(no hello, good morning, nothing). I said yes. He says«give me the money o. k?» I felt like I was being stiff armed. I could chalk this up partially to a culture gap(the guy at the front desk is Indian) but rude is rude. The location was good for me, and I was able to get wi-fi, though I’m not sure it belonged to the motel. There was a mini fridge in the room with a small freezer, but it badly needed a defrosting and my carrots froze solid in the fridge. The microwave oven was sort of convenient. I realize that for $ 50 a night, one shouldn’t expect much from a hotel. However, I think you can do better than this. (By the way, the website listed on the Unilocal page is incorrect as of 1÷11÷11. This motel is not in Milwaukee.)
