Baskin Robbins

I’ve loved Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes until I came to this location.
I bought one that said «vanilla ice cream/​chocolate cake» after my husband blew out the candles we noticed it was mint ice cream.
I immediately called & asked if I could come back & exchange it for an appropriately labeled cake. Apparently, it was the store manager that declined & said nothing could be done without the owner who would be in on Monday. It pretty much ruined the vibe of the celebration with no dessert to be had.
I then received a call the next morning after the manager talked to the owner — asking if the cake had been «altered». I said that I put candles in it. Because it was «altered» they could not exchange or refund it, but grant $ 10 off another cake.
After sending an email to the owner I was offered a full credit for the mislabeled cake despite it being against store policy.
I would have been happy with this originally if I could have exchanged it the evening of my husbands birthday, but after all of the encounters exhibiting poor customer service I asked for a refund.
In person the owner was clearly not empathetic with the whole situation and declined a refund despite me bringing back the uneaten cake with receipt.
One star for the astounding rock bottom customer service. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers at all.

Server looked completely miserable. Didn’t look me in the eye once. Never smiled. Not even a thank you.
Chairs and tables are routinely dirty with the trash can overflowing.
And oh god the terrible mainstream country music always playing.
This is one of those places where tend to feel like I am interrupting someone from tending to their busywork to actually serve me ice cream. I just don’t like coming here, but I do come here because my kids like the ice cream. I am more likely to visit Dairy Hill where the place is clean, friendly and has just as good of a selection.

Good choice, product was fresh, and the service was friendly. Not a lot of seating though.

They took away all of their outside seating but finally added a garbage can? Seems like the trash receptacle was a smidge more necessary when they had outside seating.

Refused to honor a Retail-​Me-​Not online coupon for BOGO deal! We left without buying anything.
