One of my headlights went out and David was very helpful! I walked into the store and told him what kind of car I had. He pulled up what light I needed, showed my the section and helped me pick out combo pack which saved me $ 2! After checking out, he then asked if he could change it out and I couldn’t turn that down! He changed it out for me and now my headlight is on again :) Thank you so much!

They do an awesome job of seeing every customer that enters, and makes sure the experience is top notch from the moment you enter the doors til you drive off their lot. Was not expecting anything more than help with finding the right wiper blades and headlight, but the friendly employee took the experience a step further and was completely helpful with putting on the new headlight and wiper blades. So very impressed with how genuinely courteous these people were. Will come back for future needs

Went in for a diagnosis of my «service engine soon» light. Woman who helped me was very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. I’ll go back for all of my auto needs from now on!

Went in for a diagnostic when my check engine light came on, and Heather L helped us check out the car, and identify a few potential problems. She was very knowledgable, friendly, and patient while answering our questions and even went as far as to help us replace our air filter, clean an oxygen sensor, and give us tips on how to add cleaner to the fuel tank. Best part is that the check engine light is now off with her help, saving us a bunch of money vs going to a mechanic. Thank you Heather!

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Seems to have better quality and prices than Napa Auto Parts with a more energetic staff. Not pushy to make a sale or condescending if you’re not a gear-​head. Parking lot is a bit too small but you can park at the two businesses next door. Good online site for finding what you need.

When I got there he easily found my part for me. Not the most cheerful person but I don’t care. I just care about competence and the end result. He was professional, helpful, and quick. He went the extra step and changed them out for me. I could’ve done it myself but it would’ve taken me 5 times as long.
Will definitely be back for my auto parts needs.

I was pretty sleepy this morning when I stumbled in to the ‘Zone for wipers, and the lady working was helping another man get wipers right where I needed to go. Impatient and hungry, I tried to sneak behind her and grab the book to look up which sizes I need, and she politely told me to wait, and she could help me pick out a set. Embarrassed, I waited for 15 seconds for helpless cheap dude get his bargain basement wipers and get out of my way. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me, because I really wanted to get a set of wipers and go, but she was very calm, and probably eventually brought me to the zen state that helped me put on the plastic clip adapter dealy and install the new set in the cold November ray-​ay-​in. The wipers fit perfect, and I can now see the jaywalkers as they push their strollers into busy traffic in front of me.

I needed new windshield wipers, didn’ t know where else to go but AutoZone!
The staff taught me how to change the windshield wipers! He was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of his products!

Went in for an air filter and the guy was very helpful. Also, he gave me a discount… not sure why (I think because I mentioned another auto part store down the street).
The store was clean and well organized. Overall, great experience.
