I have been licensed and regularly practicing massage since 2011. I love my clients and love what I do. It’s a constant joy to watch people become more at ease in their body and move through life with less physical pain. I am now located in Northeast Portland at the beautiful healing space, Satya Somatic Bodywork & Skincare.

After making a New Years Resolution to «work a job I truly believe in», I found massage therapy. In 2010, I graduated from the 800-​hour program at East West College of the Healing Arts, where I received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage, among many other modalities.

I really believe in listening to and understanding my client’s needs. By working many different jobs myself, in a variety of different fields in the past, I know what it’s like and what we put our bodies through on a daily basis.

I incorporate a little bit of everything I have learned into my treatment sessions, providing a tailored, one-​of-​kind experience. My goal as a massage therapist: «I want to make your every day a bit more manageable, a bit more comfortable, ease that pain and tension that you’ve learned to cope with and actually try to eliminate it!»
