As Good As It Gets Custom Catering

They catered 4 days of film shooting for my cast and crew, and it went spectacularly well. Everyone loves and praises their food, and they made it so incredibly easy. Call them up with a couple days notice, tell them what, where, and when, and really good food shows up along with all the plates and utensils and all that. No fuss at all. And their prices are actually pretty reasonable. I’m very happy!
Specific recommendations: fajita platter, potatoes au gratin, sandwich platters, chicken marsala.
We also had the gyro platter, which is great except they didn’t include near enough of the gyro «tortillas» for the number of people, and the amount of toppings they included. We also did the Enchilada Casserole, which was good but not as good as the other dishes we tried.
And you guys are very likely to start getting quite a few more orders from fellow filmmakers in the coming weeks, as some of my fellow filmmakers have now gotten the word :)

After spending hours researching caterers online, my fiancée and I made an appointment with Cheryl’s on 12^th/​As Good as It Gets catering for our upcoming summer wedding. Best decision we made! They were AMAZING! Right from the start, they had the best customer service, would answer emails promptly, LISTENED, helped with every bit of planning and decision making, and were so completely professional yet friendly, easy to talk to and so unpretentious. We were impressed that when we went in for tastings, Cheryl (the owner!) sat with us and offered suggestions and ideas for the wedding as well. Deblin was fabulous and helped guide us through all the choices and really made the planning of the wedding reception flow effortlessly. She came to our house to do a walk through before the wedding and was just amazing – so adorable, funny, and a total professional! We loved her!
We had our wedding at our house with 55± people, and the day of the wedding, Deblin (who was our wedding event lead/​coordinator) thought of EVERY detail and everything went as planned – seriously – the whole night was perfect. Flawless. The food was delicious, so many guests complimented on the courses (even the carnivore guests were raving over the vegan option of portabella mushrooms with quinoa and vegetable stacks), and the risotto – three words – NOM NOM NOM.
I would HIGHLY recommend them for any catering event – especially weddings. The day of the wedding, I was so calm and mellow because I knew EVERYTHING was taken care of! What a great way to feel! I LOVE them and would use them for any upcoming parties!!! Best decision ever to go with As Good as It Gets Catering!

Lovely upscale catering service for lunch delivery. Customer service was top notch & one problem was handled quickly and seriously.

Was speaking with a co worker we talked about having a small potluck for Cinco de Mayo only to be vetoed by the big boss. He then told us he was willing to pay for it I just had to find the food. I called the number I found for Baja Fresh on Google and got Cheryl’s on 12^th… perplexed but it was a very happy accident.
Spoke to Amy and told her I was looking to put together a company lunch for about 30 people for Cinco de Mayo. She was very patient with me going over the menu items and when I asked her what was in everything she was very informative and descriptive on what ingredients would be in each dish and how they would be presented and served. Cost was $ 12.00 per person (a steal) 2 salads, rice, beans, chicken casserole, fajitas, chips, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, drinks and sweet little desserts. Everything came with it plates, napkins, disposable serving trays and silverware they delivered (for 5 bucks) even set everything up !
Since I had never been the Cheryl’s on 12^th I was unfamiliar with their food. So it was, logical that I had concerns about what the food would taste like, concerns over if I ordered enough, if they would deliver on time. I had nothing to worry about. Food arrived just as scheduled, everything was set up by the delivery driver in a professional way. and there was a ton of food to eat. Even the hater in the group who made open despairing comment had to eat their words (in front of me). I got a ton of complements from co-​workers and my Boss was very happy with the spread.
Only down side not enough desserts (people took more then 1 because they were very small, so some people did not get any) and not enough serving spoons for everything so be prepared. Also bring an extra set of plates and silverware for those who go back for more or «graze» on the leftovers for the rest of the day. Also you might was to bring foil or Ziploc bags for people to take home leftovers.
I intend to work with them in the future, they were so reasonability priced, easy to work with and reliable and the food was top notch. Great food and plenty of it, Happy Co-​workers and the big boss thinks I am genius! Nothing to lose here. you want the boss to think you have it together. work with them you will not be disappointed

I recently attended an event, where the box/​sack lunches were catered by As Good As It Gets Custom Catering. I had never heard of them before and was very happy that the food (roast beef sandwich, salad, cookie, etc) were delicious!

My (now) husband was in charge of catering for our Sunday April 15 wedding reception which we have planned remotely from Boston. He started looking for caterers about two weeks before the wedding! As Good As It Gets (and their event Coordinator, Codi Binkerd) answered quickly and patiently worked with us suggesting different appetizers and main course options for our catered buffet reception dinner. They invited us over for a tasting on Thu (three days before the reception, when we arrived to Portland) and they were flexible about making (small) last minute changes to the appetizers. We got some melon-​prosciutto-​mozarella skewers and some canapes (salmon and pulled meat) — they were extremely popular at the wedding! The pasta with pesto was delicious as well, and their vegetable dish too — our vegetarian friends loved both of them. The chicken was a bit overcooked and lacked seasoning, I wasn’t a big fan! But overall — very responsive, affordable, and tasty catering, I highly recommend them.
