I just wanted to take a moment and tell you about what your employee, Bryan, did for me today. I called after not receiving a shipment (one part) from your company. Upon Bryan getting me the tracking info, we saw the tracking error was made by the UPS back around May 13th. Today is May 31st.
This has happened to me before when the parcel has gotten to the UPS. There was no blame or incompetence on your employee or company’s part. After consulting with his manager, Bryan came back on the phone and told me that your business was one of service and customer loyalty, and your company would ship me a new part UPS, which is much more trustworthy in this area.
This type of initiative is to be commended, and NEVER ignored. Thanks to Bryan and your company, I actually feel very positive about ordering from you again.
