Don’t rent from here unless you have no other choice. The only good thing about this property is location. This property is very raggedy (washrooms are filthy, walkways need to be replaced, spiders/​bugs at your doorstep due to porch light, etc…) The manager is only available part-​time 2 ½ days per week but has meetings some days so getting a timely response isn’t feasible. Cars from MLK Blvd. blows pollution & dust in your windows ²⁴⁄₇. The walls are very thin so you can hear residence go to the restroom in the middle of the night, have sex, listen to T.V. etc… The bedrooms in most units are extremely small but some units have spacious bedrooms. Children have no where to play & old women sit outside most spring/​summer evenings gossiping about other residents. There is no privacy because all units face each other in a courtyard setting. Unfortunately, I had the opportunity to work for REACH (management company) as a night monitor for 10 years & they put no money into improving the property they get a $ 10,000 per year budget but only use about $ 4,000.
