I called the store to see if they had an item in store that I saw online. No one answered so I drove all the way out there and they had a paper saying the hours have changed, even though online it said they were open. There were some people inside who saw me trying to get in. Would it have been so hard to answer the phone and just say sorry we are closed? I waisted time and gas all over a stupid question. I ended up going to Fantasy for Adults Only and amazingly they were respectfully distant for once.

Love the customer service here. Thanks for being kind! I didnt know what my wife needed and the lady there was awesome. My wife loved the product i sent her. She is in nebraska for family and was too scared to buy anything in person there haha

The young man working was very pleasant and as helpful as he could be. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience for myself and a friend. We bought the $ 20 voucher deal on Unilocal.We went in and tried to use the coupon for the free pair of panties for checking in and were told to wait and redeem it when we were done shopping. When we checked out our totals didn’t seem correct, so we questioned the clerk. He assured us it was correct, our discount was calculated differently because of the free panties. So, we leave the store and check our receipts. We were not given our $ 20 voucher or free panties. We were charged for everything and just given a percentage off (not equalling the $ 20). We returned to the store. The clerk was new and said he couldn’t help us so he called his manager. She told him there was nothing they could do. We tried to return our merchandise and the free panties and just use our voucher. The manager again said we couldn’t and there wasn’t anything they can do. She told me that Unilocal wouldn’t give my money back so we should just take what they’re offering. From the first words our of her mouth she was rude and patronizing. So much so that I felt the need to bring it to her attention. Not only would she not honor the Unilocal voucher, she didn’t try to rectify the situation at all. She wouldn’t override anything in the system and she didn’t even apologize. When I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me. I had to ask 3 times and finally say «Are you refusing to give me your name» Reluctantly she told me her name and that she was the manager of the Portland and Salem stores. I will be contacting Adam and Eve directly regarding this matter. I was a loyal customer before this…
I do have to give major credit to Unilocal.When I informed them if this, they apologized and refunded my money! Thank you Unilocal for making something positive in this horrible transaction!

Was greeted upon walking in and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. As I wanted to browse a bit, I said no, so she left us to wander. After wandering, we went back to the vibe display and she came over to offer any help. This sales clerk was very professional while standing around with a couple discussing different options of vibrators. I felt completely at ease, and I know my husband was not in the least uncomfortable. The whole experience was great and I wouldn’t hesitate going there again!

came in today just to have look around. Very nice store, clean well lit and well organized. though I did not buy anything on this trip in I most certainly will in the future. the sales lady was nice and really rather attractive. great selection of lingerie, awesome shoes. This place is going to end up with a bit of my money…
