Where would I be without Susan? Or perhaps the question should be — how would I look? I’ve been getting facials from Susan for the past 4 (or is it 5) years. I went to her when I was in my mid-​twenties and desperate to clear up my acne. Going to see her was my last resort before I planned to try Accutane. Susan helped me figure out what I was doing that was making my acne worse (a combination of my skin care regimen and dietary triggers), and helped me turn that around. I see her now on a maintenance basis because my skin glows after each treatment and I actually do look younger. Susan will be your ally in attaining beautiful skin. She will fine-​tune your treatment so that it works for your specific skin and your beauty goals. Beyond all that, Susan is just a lovely person to be around, and I enjoy our conversations whenever I come in for a facial.
Street parking tends to be fairly easy near the shop (on Columbia).

Had a really great pedicure here, but the seat was super uncomfortable. If they had an actual pedicure chair instead of a basin and an office chair I would be back every week.
Also, Nancy got a little too much oil on my toes, so as soon as I stepped outside in my oily flip flops I crashed onto the pavement. It’s ok if your laughing, I laughed too. Luckily it didn’t bust my pedi. But I still had a skinned knee for a few days.

Nancy did a fine job on my toes, and it was a good price with the Groupon.

Nancy did a superb job for me – an out of state visitor – on a Groupon! She has six years of skill, good customer service, a clean location and excellent touch: she made my afternoon better and I was lucky enough to get a walk-​in appointment. I recommend her highly!

Great experiences at About Face & More. Stacy Pius is an amazing esthetician. She is an artist with wax and no one has ever sculpted my eyebrows as well as her.

Fabulous massage! David did a wonderful job of listening when pressure was too hard and adjusted immediately. I like a firm massage, but today my body didn’t need as firm of one as usual. He did a great job transitioning from back to front and ending the massage. I’ve had some massages where the therapist is massaging away at a muscle and then just ends; not David. He finished with a face massage and it was soft and slow and then the touch just faded away. Only thing I would suggest is a touch more aromatherapy; but do appreciate the lack of it because sometimes it is too much for my allergies. Definitely will come back again.

Had a great pedicure and the best shellac manicure I’ve ever had from Nancy. I can’t stop looking at my hands and how great my nails look. Cozy and relaxing spa, I’ll be back.

Recently enjoyed a wonderful wax and pedicure by Nancy. The quality and the service were far above expectations and previous experiences at other locations. I will be returning often!
