I have been in the holistic healing world for 30 years, with a background in diet and cleansing. Working with clients on a personal, individual basis with diet support, exercise and breath. Guiding you through cleanses, working with your doctor or referring you to one for specific health issues.

Cleansing can be fun and a way of life, letting go of unwanted waste, pounds and toxins. Giving your body the freedom to feel wonderful and vibrant.

I am National Board Certified as well as a member of I-​ACT. I use a closed Hydro-​San system, filtered water and disposables.

The process is painless and honors your dignity.
