No longer AFRAID of the dentist.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years and I had a tooth that broke and was infected. I know I know GROSS. anyway I was dealing with a pain I had never had before and I watched my wife have a baby (didn’t hurt me a bit) All jokes aside I cold called their office at 10:30am they took me in at 11:30am tooth fixed by noon. He called me at 6pm to make sure I was doing ok Totally amazing!
Not only did Dr. Sugarman make me feel comfortable about being there his staff or I like to say partners in the office did also.
Thank you so much for this as I needed it pretty bad and now i’m ready to take care of some toothy business.

I am writing the review as I am sitting at Dr. Suger man’s office waiting for my turn. The fact that a big chicken like me is coming back means that I really trust Dr. Sugerman and his team. They are taking good care of me and the family and although I am not looking forward to coming back I know that I am in good hands.

Dr Sugarman and his staff are phenomenal. They are kind, patient, flexible and honest. The waiting room is comfortable if you must wait for a family member in the chair. My four kids and myself have been going to him for 3 years now and I cannot say there has been even one moment of hesitancy. They truly treat each patient like they are dear old friends and will try every which way to save you money or copays. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dr. Sugarman is simply the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff is super helpful and nice! I needed to go in ASAP and they got me in the next day. I just got two fillings yesterday and my mouth has never felt better. I highly recommend Dr. Sugarman. He will definitely be my dentist long term!

Dr. Sugarman is an excellent & kind doctor! I took my mom to see Dr. Sugarman for an emergency appointment. Not only did he take her on the same morning, he was kind enough not to charge as it was an easy fix. He was very gentle and eased her nerves & pain. I will be visiting Dr. Sugarman for all my dental needs from here on out!

Dr. Sugarman was the best dentist I’ve ever been too. Everyone in the office was kind, welcoming, and patient. Appointments were next day and I never felt rushed or pressured.
This was my first dentist visit in 4 years, and no one at the office made me feel guilty at all. Instead they were just glad I was there now and they encouraged me to come more often!

Dr. Sugarman knows what he is doing and also knows how to explain everything in terms we would understand it. The staff from the front desk to the dental assistant are wonderful and professional. This place truly is a Gem in Porter Ranch and I am so happy that I am their patient. Dr. Sugarman also uses the latest technology in dentistry which makes going to the dentist a breeze!

Old fashioned service. New age technology. I took my 14 year old daughter here for the first time and the service was impeccable. Dr. Sugarman went above and beyond to make sure that her pearly whites were just that, pearly and white. His office staff was very nice. Office is nice and clean.

My son loves Dr. Sugarman and his team. My son Gavin came home from his visit excited which was not the case for me when i was 5. Gavin is super excited to have healthy teeth and even more excited to learn that if he brushes and flosses everyday, he will keep the «sugar bugs» off his teeth. We have found our new dentist!!! We had the worst possible nightmare experience with our previous dentist when my son was 5 years old with lots of unnecessary work done and lots of miscommunication. Needless to say, my son was left shell shocked and refused to go to the dentist even when he had his tooth chipped and was in pain. This time he had visible cavities and I literally had to drag him to go. With the highest recommendations from friendsI took him to Dr. Sugarman. I am so glad we went. He was so kind and patient and explained everything to my son and said his goal was to make him happy. He did his job. He took the least pervasive options and gave us all the options for dealing with his cavities. He explained what was happening with his adult teeth coming in and what we should expect. I have never had such great service and felt so part of the decision making for my son’s teeth. We went in for my son’s cleaning as well and follow up work and my son is still happy. This is also a very family friendly dentist office and I had my other two younger children with me on both visits and now my younger son wants to have his own visit with the dentist. I also wanted to add that the office is beautiful, the staff is really friendly and warm, and they pulled out legos for my younger kids to play with while they watched and waited for their older brother.

Love Dr. Sugarman’s office! It’s beautiful, clean, and everyone is so friendly. I love the state of the art chairs (which are comfy) and that fact that you can see your x-​rays right in front of you. They are gentle and do great work! The best part about going to Dr. Sugarman is knowing I am in good hands. They are very knowledgeable and you can trust that you are getting superb treatment here! I would highly recommend going in for a visit!

Dr. Sugarman is a thorough dentist, with a great knowledge of state-​of-​the-​art techniques and equipment. His staff is friendly and efficient, and the office is always a pleasant place to be. I live in Santa Monica, and this dental office is well worth the twice-​yearly trip. Plus, he treats my entire family.

Dr. Sugarman and his whole staff are wonderful in every way. I have had cleaning as well as a lot of other work done here, and they are so professional and nice. I have a lot of dental work anxiety, and they put me at ease and get the job done as quickly and pain/​anxiety free as they can.

If you have Metlife insurance, now he is an IN NETWORK doctor. Hooray :)
