Excellent customer services and honest auto shop. Went there for tire repair and they fixed the problems right away. I didn’t have to buy a new tire and the price is fair. We have to support local neighborhood businesses.

I give this business no stars. Over the past several years I did go to this business without any incidents. Last week I went because I had gotten a flat and it was the closet repair shop to my apartment. I mentioned that I had just gotten my tax return direct deposited to my bank account that morning and how ironic that i had gotten the flat. My car also was past inspection. I think the owner got dollar signs flashing in his eyes. I went home to find out an hour later that they told me I needed over $ 1,600 in repairs to my car in order for them to pass it for inspection. I had not approved ANY repairs. I told them I wanted the car back and would drive it ½ block back to my apt and put it into my parking lot. He told me that he had already taken off the sticker AND THAT THE NEW TIRES WERE ALREADY ON THE CAR. He told me to give him ten minutes and to come over and get the car. I hung up the phone and ran over to the business and right into the repair bay. There was my car WITH NOT TIRES ON IT! HIs first lie. The owner came running out of his office to tell me he had just talked to his boss (his second lie because he IS THE BOSS) and that they could pass the inspection without the other litany of repairs being made. A few hours later I was in the parking lot of a shopping center only to have a passer by tell me my tire rim was falling off. The nice stranger removed it for me before it was lost in the roadway. I went in the next morning to have Goodyear put it back on for me only to be met with rudeness. He accused me of hitting a pot hole. I live in Port Washington and had driven only about 1 mile in the car with no incident. On top of being ripped off he had the nerve to be rude to me to add insult to injury. I would never go back to this business and would never trust them again.
