I’m writing this review mainly out of shock of the other poor reviews! I’ve lived in Port Washington for 6yrs+ and find this Verizon and it’s employees to be absolutely fantastic. Always so helpful, knowledgeable and I have only seen happy customers while I’ve been there. My husband lost his phone and his upgrade was in 3wks… they LENT him a basic no-frills phone to use until the upgrade so that we didn’t need to pay some atrocious penalty… to me that’s above and beyond

Great store. When I purchased an iphone 5 they took the time to move all of my information, set up my email, and even help me create an Apple ID and password which I would have never been able to get through by myself. Then when the purchase was completed they even offered to set up the Bluetooth in my car. Great store with great employees!

Do not waste your time at this store. They will tell you anything to try to make a sale. I bought a phone here that took over a week to «come in», then another week to set up. Rude and unprofessional every time I went, usually out smoking or just coming in from a cigarette break. These guys have no clue as to what they’re doing. They are a reseller and not a direct Verizon store. Save some time and money and go somewhere else.

I have gone here only as a means of convenience & it is never a wonderful experience. once i got my dad a earpiece for his birthday from this location. it stopped working about a month after & even though i didn’t keep my receipt, my dad went to bring it back. rather than saying that they didn’t carry it anymore & couldn’t return it, they told him that they had never sold it there. not necessary. i was previously under my parent’s phone plan, so it was very unlikely that i would be able to drag them out of town to do something on my phone plan. recently i separated my line from my parents. they were nice enough to give answers and walk us through it. but when i had to come back the next day to fax over information, they left information off and, after i sat there for over an hour, blamed me that i never told him what to send over. they faxed it again & i asked if i had to come back or if i could do all of the next steps from my home. the same gentleman that blamed me for his mistake said i had to come back to the store & i couldn’t set up my new phone from my home. when i called customer service later on & my credit was approved, i asked if we could continue or if i had to go to the store again. the nicest customer service rep I’ve ever had told me that i could do it with him. i don’t know why the guy at the store would lie to me. it wasn’t like i was buying a phone from them & they wanted that business. all they had to do was set up an existing blackberry that i had. i’ve been coming here for years, but that stops now. there are many verizon stores between my home and my job & i will most likely be stopping at one of them when i am due for an upgrade this February.
