Upgrades are a snap, and since I travel a lot they always handle the International calling packages for me with ease. They lied to my face 3 times on a very specific question. Then charged me an extra $ 15 for their«services». Told me over and over that I could port number after buying a go phone. Went to an actual Att store next day and they said that fusion«probably didn’t understand what they were saying’». I don’t believe that. ATT store had to redo my account/Sim from scratch and then the manager said they would charge fusion for the first month I had paid with them. Guess what, the scumbags denied the charge. They will cheat you at every opportunity. Buyer beware. The actual ATT store did right by me though and cleaned up the mess fusion made.

After being lied to by salesperson in November I returned the so called LG pad which was supposed to be free. The salesperson was lieing to get his goals. After receiving first bill to my shock their was a 75 dollar charge. I approached Carlos at fusion in November and he took it back apologised and told me the employee has been let go. Since then I have been charged another 250USD for cancelation fees. I have chased Carlos by email and calls abt 20, times and every time I was told it will be sorted. It’s now mid Feb and still I have no refund and every time I call the managers are not there. Since fusion has my phone and companies phone account for over 15 years I don’t understand why they would not take responsibility for their employees and refund me. It’s not the 300 dollars it’s the fact that they are dodging and lieing to me that drives me nuts. So I will keep posting on Unilocal,port washington patch until they call me back. Hey AT&T WAKEUP!
