Id also agree customer service was not good AT ALL. I called and spoke with a lady who was helpful but seemed to be bothered by having to speak with me and directed me to email her through the site. I did so… twice but never heard a word back. No thanks!

Yes, these may be the homes of the future. Not wanting to live in a condo or crowded city townhouse environment we started looking for alternatives. We visited GreenPOD on a Saturday afternoon. They were busy but Ann was pleasant and answered all our questions. We discussed cost and building on site vs. shipped in modular construction. Both were available locally as well as a custom designed home. She suggested that we visit a newly constructed 760 sq. ft. home in the Port Townsend area and see what we thought. We went to the site and the enthusiastic owner showed us his new custom home. We were definitely impressed and would recommend a visit. Have a look for yourself before you settle for the same old outdated construction that’s not environmentally friendly like GreenPOD!

Their products seem like good quality, however their customer service is seriously lacking. I drove all the way from Everett, paid to take two ferries, to see their models. On the way I called to confirm they would be there, the woman on the phone was very short with me and acted like she wanted to write me off unless we met the criteria of her specific questions. Once we got there, we spoke with a man who was friendly enough and had many great ideas. He said he would look into permits for us and call/​email me back with information and examples of work they’ve done in the past. 1.5 months later still haven’t heard from him. I emailed and called to follow up and a woman took over our inquiry, it was as if all the information that I had left with the man had been lost. She set up a time to call me, Friday at 8am. 8 am has come and gone and I’ve heard nothing. I wished they cared about their customers more because they really do have awesome products but it doesn’t seem that they deserve business if they can’t keep their word to contact us.
