Due to my last review. I was contacted by the owner’s wife she actually tracked me down on Facebook to offer us a credit for anything we wanted. They acknowledged that the person they had working there that night I ordered is no longer there and they would not have sent out a sub that looked that way, they were shocked. I was told to tell them when I call to order request her husband Petro make the food. For the credit, I ordered the Chicken Parmesan dinner and my boyfriend ordered the steak bomb again, we went and picked it up. Unfortunately, my phone was dead and couldn’t take pics. The dinner was huge 3 chicken breasts and linguine with salad and 2 garlic knots. I had leftovers needless to say. The salad was fresh and the dinner was very good. They threw in 2 cannoli’s as well which wasn’t on the menu. They are revamping it to include desserts. I was contacted after to see how everything was. This is the way to do business and care about your customers, they appreciate any feedback. I can’t wait to try the other things on their menu and wish them luck in their business!

Santoro’s has only been open for a short while but so far we are really in love with them so I felt obligated to write a review. We dined in a few days after they opened. Everyone was so happy and nice. It was great to see friendly hospitable people. You just kind of expect that sort of thing when you dine Italian and they did a good job of it. The décor is very nice. We had been to the restaurant that was here prior and they really redid the place up great! Our dinners included two garlic knots(cool!) and a side salad per person. Both were fresh and flavorful. I thought the presentation of our salad and main courses was really nice. The dinner is what really took me by surprise. Holy guacamole! I got the chicken marsala. The portions are ridiculous — in a good way. Size isn’t everything so I’m thrilled to say that the taste was also impressive. I guess I’m your typical picky Italian so I notice the little things: the pasta was perfectly al dente, the chicken was breaded just the right amount and not tough, and the sauce had the perfectly proportionate mixture of everything needed! After enjoying the food, we decided to order delivery today. Delivery driver was very nice. I got the chicken marsala again and it was still perfect. Ah, consistency. A wonderful thing. I’m really happy that I found a place to have dinner with my grandma. She’s become angry towards every other local Italian place haha and I really don’t blame her — especially when it comes to pizza! So far we love everything about Santoro’s. I just wish they had a bakery! Then they would be perfect. Even just some more dessert options would be cool. For me, no Italian meal is complete with a rainbow cookie. But their fried cinnamon dough IS pretty delish. Short version: EVERYTHINGISDELICIOUS. Portions are generous. Chicken marsala is heavenly.
