So I didn’t buy a car from these guys, and thankfully after reading the reviews. I had a few cars that I scoped out online and wanted to look at. In the 30 minutes I walked around the lot no one even came out to see if I had any questions and when I looked inside there were three guys just sitting messing around on their cell phones. The owner needs to teach these guys some customer service. Potential sale lost.

Looking for a new car, I found a very clean Honda here. Akeem helped me out and I can say that after looking at over 8 different cars, he was demonstrated the most knowledge about the car I was looking for. The car itself was quite clean and looked good. We had a little communication hiccup that I take some ownership for but I would certainly buy a car from this dealer, and that salesman. Additionally, he certainly seemed to go out of his way to help me find a good car, but did so in a no-pressure manner. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Worst place to go to buy a car. I sadly made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle from here and paid for it in the long run. They sell crap vehicles at high dollar amounts. They will tell you they can’t go lower however they have a 100% mark up on all vehicles. (I know this because a former employee told me) most of the staff doesn’t know anything about the cars they are selling. Don’t buy anything from here they are a ROCK lot for sure. Never again KAO NEVER AGAIN

I will recommend KAO to anybody looking for a car. Dj and Quin are awesome!
I’m 20 and was trying to get a car on my own, these guys worked with me without any sales pressure. The whole experience was very stress free.
The car I purchased, 2011 328i, is in great condition and runs amazing. The lot has a great variety to choose from. If you’re looking for a vehicle priced to match it’s condition and an overall stress free experience, this is the place!

Before you buy a car from this dealership demand a Carfax report! Customer service is real crap. After the sale, they don’t return your calls. Interesting rate as high as 29 percent.

I would not suggest anyone buying a car from this dealership. I purchased my used car from kitsap auto outlet only because my uncle had done so in the past, and was semi satisfied with them. I got approved with a decent interest rate, and price but the quality of the vehicle was questionable from the start. As soon as I drove it off the lot I had problems; they claimed I had to get my own oil changed/checked, because they didn’t offer that service then to find out the oil cap was cracked. The tire pressure light went off constantly, and then to find out I had two nails pierced through my rear tire beyond repair. The dealership was notified of all problems stated, and after numerous of heated conversations they ended up covering the cost to repair them. Their customer service is great until after you’ve signed the papers, and then they don’t pay you no ounce of attention. I wish I was much wiser and considered other dealerships before them.

I’ve only purchased one car from here, Robar was the salesman. Good dude and knowledgeable. I got a satisfactory amount for my trade and was overall happy with the price. The car I bought has long since been replaced with another car from somewhere else, but if you’re looking for a 10 grand or less rig, odds are you can find one here.

This place is a joke. We were working with a guy on buying a car, we were wanting to use one of our vehicles as a trade in. We had blue booked our vehicle as being worth about 4500. When we had gotten there to talk price of the vehicle we were getting rid of, we pulled up and some scum looking fat half bald guy in a grossly mustard yellow polo is sitting there eating a otter pop (yes a otter pop, 50 something greasy slim ball guy eating a otter pop) my husband doesn’t even get as far as his name and the guy blurts out «we are not interested.» Can you talk about rude! He wasn’t even the guy we had been talking to. So we has basically set up a time I bring a car in to get it looked at by there mechanics so they could make us a offer, took the time to drive out there (we live out of area) and then are basically told nope before we even get out of the car. It’s ridiculous. I will never recommend or do any business with this place again.
