History

Established in 2014.

This is the first ever, fully legalized, cannabis market! We are making history as it stands! Cannabis is not the evil gateway drug so indoctrinated by our former lawmakers had originally led us to believe. It is fun, relaxing, and enjoyable, as well as safe to consume cannabis products and is highly regarded for those, and many more, characteristics. It is my intention to be open and honest about the wares of cannabis, educating where needed, and getting educated in the process. As we continually progress forward, cannabis will finally be given the respect it deserves as a commodity, which will then translate to a more respectful outlook on those who partake in legal cannabis consumption. Greenway Marijuana was founded by University of Washington graduate Michael Lyman. Michael, a Port Orchard resident, graduated with a degree in Business Accounting in 2014 from the University of Washington. After graduation, he entered the states lottery for a marijuana licence, never thinking he would win. He took a position at an accounting firm, and resigned shortly after, when his name was drawn. With the help of his family, friends, and the community, he has built Greenway from nothing but a vision.

While Greenway Marijuana is still a work in progress, Michael and his staff aim to create a comfortable environment for your shopping experience. We are in a time where cannabis sales have become legal in Washington state, and as pioneers in this industry, we hope to remove any stigma of cannabis use, by creating a modern laid back but professional atmosphere.
