History

Established in 2014.

I started Chunky Moose Photography in 2014 officially after doing free session and working on my technique for 2 years. Chunky Moose is named after my dog, Moose, that is my best furry friend. I have always been interested into photography and love capturing memories for families.

Sara has a clear passion for what she does. she goes above and beyond. She is very talented. She listens to what you would like. She’s always open to shooting at new places, and to hearing my crazy excited ideas. (I’m a new mom haha). From the first time I booked her for our son’s 3 month photos, I knew she would now be our family photographer. My son does great with her. Her husband comes and helps her and he is so funny and nice too. They’re an adorable couple but that’s besides the point lol! Anyways, our family appreciates Sara so much and we reccomend her to everyone who asks about a photographer :) Also, a HUGE perk, she gets you a preview within a day or 2 of your session. And gets your photos back within a week usually. That is not at all what we’ve dealt with in the past. Before we’ve had photographers take weeks just to get us a preview, which is so disappointing. Thank you so much Sara for your wonderful photos of my little girl. Not only did Sara drive to meet me at our desired location (40 mins away), but she brought props to use. She was so easy and nice to work with and had such patience to wait and get the best pictures. Her turn around time was PHENOMENAL! I had a preview in less than 24 hours and my fully edited gallery in less than 3 days. Amazing! I will be contacting her again to take more pictures of our family.
