Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I called the Verizon Store in Daytona and was not happy with the service. So then, I called Cellular Sales in Port Orange, and was very glad I did! Alex was very professional and helpful. I was able to preorder a new phone from him, over the phone, thus saving me a 70 minute round trip drive.

By far the best Verizon store I have been to. Very friendly and helpful staff. They saved me a lot of money when I wasn’t even expecting to. I will be driving the extra 30 miles or so to this location if I ever need anything or want to make a purchase from Verizon.

Do not shop at this store! We bought a «new» iPhone that turned out to be used. Apple verified that the serial number was from a previously activated phone. When I returned to the store to ask about it and get an actual new phone, they claimed «we don’t sell refurbished phones».
Um, well, obviously you do. I showed the rude lady the error message, that the phone can’t be associated to a new Apple ID. She said that means it was associated to a different ID.
Hello? Exactly what I said! So you sold me a used phone and now I can’t listen to my music! At this point I got angry, raised my voice and used a few choice words.
So then she said she won’t help me and was calling the cops! What a racket! They use unethical business practices, refuse to acknowledge it or help you, and then when you get angry, THEY call the cops!
Meanwhile I still paid $ 700 for a used phone that I can’t listen to music! Unbelievable!
They are scammers! Stay far far away!
Update: Turns out this is NOT a Verizon corporate store but a 3^rd party franchise called Cellular Sales Northern Florida, LLC. This explains how they can act deceitfully. Go to the corporate Verizon store on International Speedway. They are very professional and honest.

Ask for Joshua. He will get everything taken care fast and effectively. Very pleased with the the service and products he recommended.

Terrible experience with this retailer. A number of hidden costs. Have paid to terminate my contract and switched to the local Sprint retailer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sales people are extremely dishonest and will rip you off. You are better off shopping on-​line!!! Stay away!!!
