We also manage the Resort at Port Ludlow — The Inn at Port Ludlow, The Port Ludlow Marina and The Port Ludlow Golf Course.

History

Established in 2001.

Port Ludlow Associates purchased Port Ludlow assets from Pope Resources in 2001. This consisted of Land, Homes, Real Estate office, The Resort — Golf, Marina and Inn and a Utility company — Olympic Water and Sewer Inc.

Port Ludlow has a cap on residential growth. There can only be 2250 residential homes in Port Ludlow. As a resident, you can enjoy the open spaces with over 20 miles of hiking trails. Currently, 2012, about 1600 homes are built out.
