Joe Gates Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes in Kitsap County and surrounding areas since 1989, and worked in the construction field since 1976. Both Joe & Judy are active members of the Kitsap County Home Builders Association, a national organization with Judy serving as Chairperson of the Kitsap County Homebuilders «Remodelers Council» for 2010. Joe Gates Construction, Inc was chosen as the Kitsap Home Builders Association Remodeler of the Year for 2010 by their peers in the Kitsap Home Builders Association.

A proud recipient of the Pacesetter award for Outstanding Customer Service, we have also been named one of the Top 15 Builders in America by Custom Home Magazine (1997). History

Established in 1989.

Joe Gates Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling homes in Kitsap County and surrounding areas since 1989. Joe and Judy are active members of the Kitsap County Home Builders Association and Judy served as Chairperson of the Kitsap County Homebuilders «Remodelers Council» for 2010 and is a currently a builder board member for 2013. In 2000 Judy served as president of NAHB Builder 20 Club «The Artisans».
