Chase Bank

As I’ve officially made the switch of my day-​to-​day banking needs to Chase, this has steadfastly become my home branch per se, and they are always very friendly and helpful.
It isn’t packed and you can almost always get in and out without having to wait on line. This exact reason is what makes this location a great success. Shaina, one of the Financial Services consultants in the cubicles on the right, is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure that whatever you need, is executed.
The switch from Citi to Chase wasn’t pain-​free with lots of shenanigans with account information being messed up, ATM cards not showing up, etc… you get the drift.
So far, I’m a happy Chase customer thanks in part to this particular branch
