History

Established in 2009.

Siblings Kris and Sean Wescott with business partner and local business developer Katherine Klint opened Gamble Bay Coffee May 15^th 0f 2009. This espresso stand has been in Port Gamble for several years serving coffee to commuters, tourists and locals alike.

Gamble Bay Coffee is the Wescott’s second foray into the world of espresso coffee. In the early nineties Kris and Sean owned and operated an espresso drive through and sit-​down café in north Spokane.

Old school baristas, Kris and Sean opted for flavor and service over gimmicks and novelties. «Coffee is a sacred thing to those of us who drink it» they both agree. «We focus on providing a quick and delicious cup of coffee every time our customers visit».

In keeping with this theme they use an older italian espresso machine and grinder. «They are more reliable, less likely to break down, and give a gorgeous flavor to the shots». Their customers agree. Some drive out of their way to get a drink at Gamble Bay Coffee.
