Just decided to try this local restaurant! Food was less then par! Soup was greasy, eggplant was flavorless and absolutely unedible! The French fries were decent but after spending nearly $ 25 I’m feeling a bit aggravated at the fact the only thing I’m actually eating are few fries. Won’t make this mistake again!

My partner and I eat here all the time, for past 5 years! Sam and Renee go out of there way to make great food and a comfortable eating environment. I like everything I’ve ever eaten there! From burgers, chicken salad, Gyro salad, steak and cheese ect, ect.

This is my place to hit for a great lunch by amazing local owners that make you feel at home and family. The lunch is fresh delicious and always served with a smile. The free wifi is fast and they don’t mind me hanging getting work down. I just love this place. Try them out they deserve your patronage. Great soups great salads great sandwiches and subs. Endless cup of fresh brewed tea. Thanks Sam and Renee. Also thanks to the gals at Infinity Home Care Port Charlotte office that showed me the way to the best little lunch spot in Port Charlotte! Love to have my Sales meetings here!

Don’t even bother with the delivery service. If I could, I wouldn’t even put a star rating. I was ready to make over a $ 40 order when I was told that they don’t deliver to my address because it’s too far… I’m exactly 4.35 miles away. Just to be a little personal, my fiancé and I just moved in to our first home together and we were kinda excited to get delivery. Thanks for killing that Sam’s subs.

I ordered via GoWaiter so I can’t speak to the customer service of the actual place. I can tell you that my order was made quickly (sometimes GoWaiter is delayed because a restaurant did not make the order, yet. not the case here! they had it done!) and it was just as ordered. The veggies were fresh, the meat was delicious. There was less meat in the subs than other places BUT it was higher quality meat! I’ll take the higher quality any day! The cheeseburger and fries was a huge hit with my kids and it looked good enough that I think I’ll try one next time.

Ive frequent Sam Sub’s at least 3 times a week. When you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile. I can’t just pick one favorite food item on the menu because I have so many that I love! It’s a great place to relax on your lunch hour and they even have dinner items. I highly recommend Sam’s over any sandwich place in Charlotte County.

There are some places you go for the food and some the atmosphere, this is a place for both. The fun fact of Sams is that if your a local you will always see someone you know eating or picking up an order. Sam and Renee (the owners) are the most pleasant restauranteers in the area. Place is always packed in season and the food is always great. One thing to suggest is ask about the soups of the day, always homemade and always great. This is a simple great place to eat a good lunch and catch up on the local scene.
