Currently, I teach Mat Pilates in my home and host classes at the Village of Island Lake. I completed Mat training through Balanced Body, and continue with apparatus training in preparation to become fully certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). I believe that with dedication to a Pilates practice, anyone, at any age, will benefit and see a transformation of not just their body, but their life, as the Pilates fundamentals inherently spill over in to our daily lives.
