I recommend this place because the moment I walked in they greeted me smiled and opened doors for me multiple times when I got in and out of the building. They also washed my car sparkly clean when I took it into get serviced. They also gave me a free test drive let me touch and sit inside of the showroom vehicles and the ones in the parking lot. Well I never saw any other Toyota dealer clean my car without asking open doors smile ask how I am let me look at their inventory or s FREE test drive

This place is amazing! If you are thinking about buying a car from here do it! It’s more than a place for great cars, they have EXCELLENT customer service! Enjoy donuts, coffee, and water while you’re waiting to get your car maintenanced while watching tv in comfy chairs and free wifi.

Buyer beware with regard to Wilder Toyota Sales department. They tried the age old bait and switch sales tactic on a certified pre-​owned vehicle. When we called them on it, they claimed to offer vehicles comparable to what they were advertising online, but the so-​called comparable vehicles were older models with more than double the mileage. Buying a vehicle at Wilder Toyota might be great for friends and family members of the dealer, but for the rest, buyer beware.

This is the absolute BEST Toyota dealership I’ve ever been to for service /​maintenance.
I live in Seattle, and usually have to roll the dice on which Toyota to go to. Magic in Edmonds? Burien Toyota? If I have time for a day trip, I’ll drive all the way up to Mt Vernon to avoid the places down here. Long wait times, even with an appointment, poor service, and service writers trying to sell sell sell.
Last year, Burien Toyota didn’t secure «something» down there after an oil change on my Prius. I was driving along, on my way to the coast, and started hearing rustling… then dragging under the passenger side of my car. I stopped in at Wilder so they could see what was happening, and even though it was after 5, they got me right in, got the panel fixed, and had me on my way in under 10 mins free of charge.
As a comparison, this happened before (but I didn’t know what it was). I went to Magic Toyota and they left it loose. I heard rustling wind, but no dragging, and went to Burien Toyota for them to check it out. I sat for 3 hours, only to have them come back each hour and try to sell me new filters, then new tires, and slip in that I may want to look at a newer model. My Prius is a 2010!
I was planning a trip out to Forks, and needed the regular service a few weeks ago. I called Wilder, made an appointment for THREE days later (not 2 weeks later), drove in, had my keys taken and my car pulled in immediately, and was out the door with a clean car within the hour. Did anyone try to sell me anything? No. They went down the list, told me everything looks great, and thanked me for stopping by. I even got free donuts out of the deal.
Two days later, I got a call from Wilder. The woman on the phone asked me how my service went, if I was pleased with the service and with how I was treated. I was elated.
This is now my home Toyota. I will gladly drive all the way from Seattle to get my service done in Port Angeles because if the fantastic service, and speed, at Wilder.

We just purchased an 2014 Prius V with the help of sales consultant, Tom Smith. This was such a pleasant experience! Throughout the process Tom provided helpful information but was never pushy. He was able to answer all our questions and was patient while we discussed our options. Everything was clearcut with no manipulative «baloney.» They also accommodated our needs like helping us unload the car we were trading. And, most importantly we received a fair price for our trade-​in and the vehicle we purchased. A process that can be stressful was anything but … thank you, Tom & Wilder!

Good rental cars. Great rates. Friendly staff. Lots of variety to choose from. Our last rental was an all electric Nissan Leaf.

Went to Wilder after Kirkland & Seattle Toyota felt the need to lie to get my business. Tom Smith was my salesman. I wanted the FR-​S. They are hard to get. Tom was wonderful. Let me know what happening every step of the way. Tom even called me on his day off to let me know my car was in! I would give Wilder & Tom 10 stars if I could. Best car buying experience ever!

Pretty typical dealership. Expect to be told about a number of things you don’t want done when you take your car in for repair. They seemed expensive to me ($ 60 to have the plastic over my lights polished). Time estimates have been off so I spent time in their waiting room that I could have spent shopping. I must say I was impressed with their courtesy van service. They were willing to take me home to Sequim for a couple of hours and then come back to get me.
